Nick's Steakhouse & Pizza

They still cook a steak like I remember from my university days. Great memories, great eats! Came back and Katie remembered my order after months between visits. Give her a raise!

Blackened NY with creole butter was off the charts good. Pizza bread with meat sauce was an outstanding share item. Staff were knowledgeable, attentive and positively enhanced the experience. Will definitely be back

We had a fantastic meal. The service was excellent, the food was amazing. Atmosphere is classic steak house but a bit dim inside.
Our first experience and we will come back.

I had a Greek salad small they charged me for large. Changed at till, I had to mention it first.
I had ginger ale, glass was cracked, noticed half way through my drink.
Greek salad had glass in it I ate the salad up, thinking it was a chipped tooth. After realizing the glass was cracked it was proably a small chip of glass I crunched on. Thank God I didn’t get hurt. I paid at front and complained to young girl at front and with a smile she was not going to take the chipped glass drink off until I asked her, I then wanted to talk to manager and she said she was right here so I told her about the salad and she said we have spices that are hard with a smile.
And charged for salad. Very disappointed in service. I had ordered large pizza a small will not go there again.

Loved my visit to Nick’s! The Reuben sandwich was fantastic, the Greek salad was fresh, and I even indulged in a slice of pizza—so delicious! The place is a little dark, but that’s part of the charm of a restaurant that’s been around nearly 50 years. Highly recommend!

Fantastic pizza, always good to support local restaurants, the atmosphere is always good.
Kaelan, our waiter today was phenomenal, even if he agreed that pepper is spicy, which, is wrong. But wonderful service.

I like the retro feel of the restaurant and usually there is adequate parking. I ordered the steak sandwich medium rare but still felt like it lacked a bit of season, next time I am going to request the add season or bring some out so I can season it.

Service was a little off due to the post game crowd, but this is a Calgary institution for a reason. Food is outstanding and the decor brought back plenty of memories for this lifelong Stamps fan
