This place gives me "late night noodle shop" vibes, just like when I would go out for ramen late at night in Japan. The food is flavorful and thoughtfully created, and I wish I had more time and space in my stomach to try more on the menu.My favorite dish so far is any of the sate noodle soups. This place took a dish I thought I knew and introduced me to an entirely different perspective I haven't had before this. Sate style broth usually leans hard on the chili oil side or hard on the peanut style side. This has both elements in harmony - it's spicy (but not overwhelmingly so, though I would not mind that :) ), and it has the nutty nod to the peanut. The sate broth is slightly creamy and uses toppings of cucumber and tomato. Both toppings not usually found in North American pho - which I think compliments this broth far better than most places do it in Calgary. The cucumber retains just enough crisp somehow in the soup, and the tomato quarter gives that hotpot style tomato feel - just a perfect harmony. This is a dish I have thought too much about, and redefined good sate pho for me.There is only one size but it's a generous portion. Service is attentive and beyond what I expect in a small place. It's also been consistently good in store, though quite busy at night so good luck getting parking! Highly recommend parking nearby elsewhere. Also the only pho place open really late!

A really good mid night dinner place! It is a nice little place, owner and server make me feel welcoming here.I didn’t know exactly the name of this dish, recommend by the owner, sososo good! The soup had a very rich taste, good amount of noodles with a lot of toppings!I really love the tender beef and the balls! Definitely will coming back!

My wife and I had the Beef Brisket Soup (#21, photo 2) and the Night Owl Special Pho (#9, photo 3) for my birthday. This is the BEST brisket soup in the city by far. Incredibly rich and the brisket is tender. The pho broth was really flavorful too.This is our new favorite spot and we'll be coming back frequently! ✌️?

My friend introduced me to this place and I'm so glad he did! Had the special goat noodle soup that's not on the menu. Incredible! And the house made chili oil is fantastic too! Also, all the staff are super friendly.

I’m really not sure what everyone sees in this place that I don’t. Tried it for the first time and was really disappointed. I fear the positive reviews and influx of customers may have affected their quality. I ordered the sate beef pho and the broth lacked flavour, noodles were over cooked and there was an overall lack and weird assortment of topping. Did-not deliver at all and was very disappointing. Prices are poor too as the only menu available on google is quite old. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I don't know what to say, this place is BOMB! me and my boyfriend usually gets food like this somewhere near our house and we found this place because it has good rating even though it's 25 minutes our house but you wouldn't regret buying from this place. This is literally the BEST vietnamese place we've been to.
Whatever you expect, this place will fulfill your craving! I found here three months ago, and have visited here 10 times so far. When I go here, I usually go with No.9. There No.9 has a clear broth with no gamey taste. If you are a pho lover, here is going to be a hidden gem that you will love so much! Trust me and give it a shot!

There’s a coat rack! How lovely.I got the date beef broth. So damn good. So good that I didn’t have to touch the sriracha or the hoisin sauce like I normally do with pho because it had so much flavour.We got service from 4 different people and they were all so lovely. They noticed mid way through my meal that my broth and noodle ratio was uneven so they gave me more sate broth for free! They were also very generous with our requests for chilli oil and bean curd and basil.The chilli oil is made in house and it is phenomenal. (It does have a kick to it)Chairs had no backrest but that’s the way it is in Vietnam.Would come again. Thank you for your service.
