Every time I come here if I order loaded fries, I ask for extra sauce and they never put extra sauce. They charge me for it, but they never put it. I have complained many times but every time they never put extra sauce. I’m not sure what the deal is. I don’t mind them charging me, but I expect if I ask something. This review is just for awareness and expectations when coming here. Photo is attached. I hope they can rectify the situation. It’s not just me. It’s other people I know as well Thank you.

It used to be much better, the prices have gone up considerably and then chicken barely covers the bun. They nickle and dime more than ever they used to do substitutions or modifications but now charge extra. I've also had mushy chicken, either it was semi-raw or it was some weird tectured fat pocket with the color close to what raw chicken looks like and the last 2 times I've felt nauseous the evening and next day and was running to the bathroom frequently They seem to have different people working there each time ive gone recently so maybe that explains the smaller sizes and inconsistent preparation, the waffle fries are always way over salted and the krinkle fries might as well be a stale noname version of McCain superfries i end up throwing most out... I'm not going back anymore

Awesome chicken burger...love the Crinkle Fries as well. Chicken fingers were massive...spicy as hell. We got the 3 of 5 spice and I was sweating lol I am a lightweight. Give them a go, well worth it
Best chicken sandwich in town without a doubt I always recommend it to people. Also have the best sides with no up charge. Huge piece of chicken every time.

The food is really good, love the different spice levels, waffle fries are awesome, mac and cheese bites are bomb, but the pickles are too thin and soggy, they need to be thicker with more snap and this place would be 10 stars.

I stopped by this chicken spot with a friend and was seriously impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they really made the whole experience even better. As for the food, the chicken was hot, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell it was freshly made. Everything was cooked perfectly, and I left feeling full and happy. Definitely coming back soon!

I tried their chicken burger and it was fantastic! The chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside while staying juicy inside, and the sauce was incredibly tasty. I went with the mild spice level, which added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavors. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
