Noble Pie knocked it out of the park! Let’s start with the amazing staff and dining atmosphere. The team was fantastic at delivering top-notch service and knew the menu inside and out. Overall, I found the pizza pretty good but not up to the hype or the wait time needed to get in. We ordered the half Roni/ half Extra Fancy and the Brooklyn White. The Roni was pretty solid but nothing special. The Extra Fancy had a bit too much toppings and was overpowering. We did really enjoy the Brooklyn White and the caramelized onions.
The pizza is delicious however I am a bit disappointed that both times I’ve been (once for dine-in and once for take-out), the service hasn’t been great. Employees haven’t been overly friendly or welcoming and the most recent experience for take-out, the employee was outright rude. May or may not return. There are a couple other pizza places that are comparably good with much better service.
