have been going from the beginning, in downtown Victoria in the loction on fisgard, i fell in love with the spicy peanut, but now after going to the Langford location after about a year , i wont be back, see the Google review for why, but never again, good thing downtown Victoria location is still doing it as close to right as it was before.

Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didn’t seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken.
My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli.
Not returning.
Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!

I was here for the 1st time ordered a chicken noodle dish. Food was good but the taste I was expecting was a bit lacking. The owner is very nice to talk too, this will give them the feedback for may be changing a bit of things to enhance the taste.

While I've enjoyed Noodlebox at other locations in Calgary, this particular one didn't quite meet my expectations. The food quality seemed inconsistent with my previous experiences, and the cleanliness of the interior and exterior could use some attention. The atmosphere felt a bit hectic, and the service wasn't as friendly as I've encountered elsewhere. I hope they can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.
Food was great! The guy at the front desk came and asked if the food was good. Later the chef came and asked the same question. Clearly, these guys wanted to make sure that their customer is happy and that's the kind of place you want to be eating at. Highly recommended.

Noodle box as such is a good place. We have ordered multiple times from other locations, but this location is a disappointment. We ordered 2 Spicy Peanut Noodle Box and the food was not at all good. No peanut flavor, just bland and tasteless.

We got the ginger beef box through Uber eats, first time trying it. The only negative comment I have is I rather there be no spice. I chose the mild, but it was too spicy for me. I wish there was an option for no spice. Other than that, it tasted really good!

Just ordered the ginger beef bowl and the beef is the most disappointing and disgusting meat I’ve ever seen. I don’t even believe this is real beef. It’s absolutely awful.
