Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didn’t seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken.
My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli.
Not returning.
Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!

Food was great! The guy at the front desk came and asked if the food was good. Later the chef came and asked the same question. Clearly, these guys wanted to make sure that their customer is happy and that's the kind of place you want to be eating at. Highly recommended.

Noodle box as such is a good place. We have ordered multiple times from other locations, but this location is a disappointment. We ordered 2 Spicy Peanut Noodle Box and the food was not at all good. No peanut flavor, just bland and tasteless.

We got the ginger beef box through Uber eats, first time trying it. The only negative comment I have is I rather there be no spice. I chose the mild, but it was too spicy for me. I wish there was an option for no spice. Other than that, it tasted really good!

Just ordered the ginger beef bowl and the beef is the most disappointing and disgusting meat I’ve ever seen. I don’t even believe this is real beef. It’s absolutely awful.

I ordered a vegetarian dish, asked for crispy tofu. They gave me chicken, I just worked 10 hours without eating something then I go to eat my food I just payed for, and I can’t eat it. I called the store 9 times and no answer, looked on there website says they are open until 10 talk about False advertisement. But I already drove all the way back, so not only did I waste my time money and gas! I still couldn’t get what I ordered. Refund my money thanks

I tried this place twice, two different dishes and both were disgusting. Exorbitant prices for poor quality food. Also what is going on with all these food chain places and their cooks not wearing any hair nets, or food protections. Why are we turning into a third world society. Just gross. Never going back. I hope it’s replaced with a restaurant that has owners who care about food quality, and service.

I remember when Noodle Box first opened in Victoria. It tasted great and I got good portion sizes. Now, I get 3 pieces of broccoli and 5 pieces of meat. Where are the peppers, Asian greens or onions??!! Both boxes today were essentially noodles with a bit of meat - this is the same issue every time I order for the past 5ish years. I will only get Noodle Box when they have a buy one get one free deal. But honestly I need to stop supporting this chain at all.
