Food was fantastic, best eggs benedict I've ever had! Everything was fresh and prepared well. Atmosphere was nice, staff was very courteous and attentive. Will be back to try a few more dishes.
Update, 7 years later we came back for dinner.
Everything we had was fantastic. Highly recommend the rib eye and also the mussels. Our kid said it was the best burger he's ever had.
10/10 will need to put this place in our regular rotation. Service is amazing, atmosphere is great, our server was awesome.

Had a wonderful lunch with my mom and a good friend. Our waiter was friendly, fun, and very attentive. The food came out quickly, was piping hot, fresh, and had very big portions. Enjoyable!

This is an excellent restaurant in the suburbs of Calgary. The rotisserie chicken is especially good, the mashed potato’s are world class.
The Bison is recommended and very good.
The lamb is solid.
The potato rolls are very well done and a must to order.
The steak tartare is good, but needs a bit more flare to be excellent.

Tried to book a private function in their guest space, but I couldn’t even get the booking manager to discuss it over the phone—they insisted on email only. As if I’m going to book a 50-person event without even speaking to someone first. They didn’t seem interested in the business so I’ll be moving on. Customer service seems to lack.

This place is amazing. Good atmosphere and the food out of this world!
Was just in to have dinner got the 2 course meal and just asked to have my steak cooked a bit more as I asked for medium and was very rare still even after they cooked a bit more for me. I asked for a box to take home and she took my plate and never saw again and was still on my bill after only having 3 bites. Have been coming here a bunch of times and was goin to be getting a gift card for some friends of ours and decided not to.

An exceptional culinary experience from start to finish. As a longtime admirer of NOtaBLE, I was thrilled to explore the new steakhouse concept—and now, after my second visit, I can confidently say that Chef Michael Noble has once again exceeded expectations. The menu is thoughtful and refined, the quality of ingredients superb, and the attention to detail in preparation nothing short of masterful. A true testament to culinary artistry. Bravo!

You guys want to be an upscale steak resteraunt but the steak quality is very poor and the bald bartender and black haired waitress blatantly disrespect guests when they are trying to enjoy dinner with their family. Won’t be returning.

Amazing date night
Notable Restaurant
My husband and I went on a flavor vacation tonight at Notable, and the first stop was the Embered Oysters. O. M. G. These little beauties left us speechless. They were baked in rich chili garlic butter, with delicate ribbons of spinach.
We then both ordered the tenderloin. My husband went for a side of the baked potato, but this wasn’t your average russet with a dollop of sour cream…this was a big, glorious red-skinned potato loaded with house-made sour cream and a bacon vinaigrette that should be its own food group. Every bite was salty, creamy, buttery perfection. He added a horseradish sauce, which was less like the nose-tingling stuff you think of and more like a gravy-meets-horseradish situation. Paired well with anything it touches.
I went for the potato gratin, which was life-changing. It was like biting into a cheesy, salty, melt-in-your-mouth potato cloud with the most perfect crusted cheese top.
We also ordered the half lobster (flavourfully baked and fell out of the shell) and the beets…which I loved the first couple bites however, I like the earthy taste highlighted and they were glazed in a blueberry maple glaze that was a bit too sweet for me…perfect for my husband. He happily finished them off while I went back to my cheesy cloud.
By the end of the night, we were already planning our next visit because our taste buds are basically addicted now. And shoutout to Ashley, our server, who was attentive, hilarious, and the cherry on top of a perfect dinner.

Outstanding food and stellar service. Ultra fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Very enjoyable and the best steak I’ve had in a very long time. If you want the high-end experience this is definitely the place. P.S. Big shout out to Mikaela!! Stellar service!
