If I could give zero stars, I would. We sat at a table and it took 10 minutes for a drink menu, despite how quiet the restaurant was. After 10 minutes without so much as a ‘hello,’ she came to the table and took our orders. Another 20 minutes pass while the bartender ignored serving our drinks to rant with her friends about work, obnoxiously loud, I finally called her out on the wait. Her response is that it had only been 2 minutes, claiming she was ‘talking to customers, god forbid’. I’ve never had such tasteless, unprofessional service, defending herself loudly in front of other customers. To further show her lack of competency to work in such an industry, she had the audacity to call us the rude ones for wanting our drink that was ordered ages ago, pointing to the door and telling us to leave. To make matters worse, she bragged that her manager was right there—yet the manager did absolutely nothing while she told us to leave. Appalling hospitality and even worse attitudes. Save your time and money; go somewhere where the staff actually wants to do their job instead of insulting the guests. Disgusting service and sadly not the only instance. Just the worst one and if it wasn’t convenient I wouldn’t have came back. Best believe, I’ll never be back again.

Have been there often. Only one server on the afternoon but she was, as usual, very attentive, and gave us fast, friendly error free service. Love the free popcorn

The waitress we had when we got there was pleasant and she went off shift and our new waitress was rude so we left won't return

Stopped in today for the first time for a late afternoon drink and snack. The pub is clean and inviting, and the service was amazing, very friendly and attentive. We had the yorkies and the cheese beer dip, both were very tasty.
All around, these guys seem to do a good old fashioned pub just right. We live in the area and will definitely be back!

Wonderful service and great food. It was not busy early on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed some drinks and food while watching football. The service was fast and friendly. A nice little neighborhood pub in Silversprings. Plenty of VLTs for the gamblers but no pool table.

Ordered nachos which should be fairly simple to make but they came out with little to no toppings (basically dry chips with the odd hunk of chicken and cheese).

please have the “chef” look online and learn how to make them.or get someone who knows their way around the kitchen and can serve up some good pub food.

this place is slowly getting worse,hope it survives.

Mother and I waited over an hour for an order of fish tacos and a bowl of split pea and ham soup. When it finally came, my mother was not impressed at all, that the 4 inch wide taco was stacked with lettuce, avocado, salsa, and 2 very slim slices of fish on the top, The size of my pinky finger. It was quite literally a salad taco. The fish flavor was non-existent. The roughage outweighed the fish by a landslide. It was but worth the wait! The large soup was a very small dish. Needless to say, we both left hungry, We went to the Bowness Pub where we know the service is quick and the food is delicious. I did speak to the server, she was very polite. However; the time it took for the food to come out was abysmal. I am frequently eating out. This was brutal.
