The quality of the food is outstanding. The macros is top notch. Portion sizes are satiating. I would give 5 stars but, I would like a more frequently changing menu. I understand that its better to be really good at a few things instead of mediocre on a whole lot of things. Customer service has also been prompt. They fix and replace anything that may be an issue. The rewards are a nice bonus. I am a weekly meal person. Not a meal plan. This works well and delivery is reliable.

After trying competitors product it’s great to see actual portions of vegetables and potatoes in stead of slivers or mash. Options on portion sizes is greatly appreciated. Well done!

I found Nutri-Go on an internet search looking for help with meals. I have Stage IV cancer and have been through a series of treatments. The latest one is very hard on my hands (neuropathy) as well as exhaustion. I consider my time and energy equally if not more valuable than my money so I wanted something where the meals were made locally and came prepared so I didn't have to cut, chop, stir etc. I didn't want to tire out shopping and/or preparing
Nutri-Go comes ready to heat up. I take out the portion I want and put it on a plate. The food is very tasty, there is a nice balance of vegetables, protein etc. I don't even have to think - did I get balance in my diet. I eat small meals and I break the meals into lunch and dinner as it is a fit.
It has been a challenge to eat well on my health journey and Nutri-Go has been a wonderful find. I know sometimes people hesitate when they see the cost of any type of meal service. However, I considered how tiring it had already been to prepare decent meals, the amount of food I was composting when I didn't feel well enough to cook, the travel and shopping and impulse buying. If fact, $ wise this has been cheaper for me. And it has preserved time and energy for other things in my life.
I am on my own so this is really helpful. Also, if you have a friend that is struggling to eat well, maybe buy a week or two of meals for them and they will see the advantage to eating well without being tired. So glad this service is here.

Wanted to update my review after the issue with Order #23798. What started off frustrating actually reminded me why I’ve been a loyal customer.
After I let them know that my food was left out for 9 hours and the ice I left wasn’t used, their team got back to me really quickly. They were super friendly, took my concerns seriously, and made everything right without any hassle. They sent me a full replacement meal kit the very next day, plus added some extra meals as a bonus!
On top of that nutri go team said they’ll be looking into how to improve such order issues moving forward.
I really appreciated how kind and generous they were. Highly recommend!
