I found Nutri-Go on an internet search looking for help with meals. I have Stage IV cancer and have been through a series of treatments. The latest one is very hard on my hands (neuropathy) as well as exhaustion. I consider my time and energy equally if not more valuable than my money so I wanted something where the meals were made locally and came prepared so I didn't have to cut, chop, stir etc. I didn't want to tire out shopping and/or preparing

Update: Amazing Customer Service

Wanted to update my review after the issue with Order #23798. What started off frustrating actually reminded me why I’ve been a loyal customer.

After I let them know that my food was left out for 9 hours and the ice I left wasn’t used, their team got back to me really quickly. They were super friendly, took my concerns seriously, and made everything right without any hassle. They sent me a full replacement...

All of the food is SO tasty! There's a load of flavour in everything I've tried so far. I purchased a 4 week subscription for the best pricing. Highly recommend if you're in the Calgary or Edmonton area!
