Best potato wedges I've ever had, offered pretty fancy customizations for many dishes. Very well seasoned but not salty. My only complaint is them refusing to seat us in a different area even though there were open tables. There was a child screaming loudly nearby and this was difficult on my ears. This was before our food came so I didnt see why my request was unreasonable. Ended up with a bad headache unsurprisingly, but I will bump it up to a four since the food was just so good.

I have been to a few locations of OEB and university district has to be the BEST location. Very beautiful ambiance and such a great vibe. Love the customer service. My server was the best. She found out it was my birthday and got us a complimentary crepe. I literally started crying lol. The lobster scrambled was soooo soooooo good. I am going to this place over and over and over again!

My favourite breakfast place in the city. It seems to me that the OEB locations uses higher quality ingredients than most other places like Denny’s or ihop. It’s like “designer breakfast” - overall quite good quality although it’s usually busy on weekends which makes things challenging

Good service, food is lacking - ordered the 27$ lobster and shrimp breakfast poutine, had the world's smallest shrimp and 1 tiny piece of 'lobster' def not 27$ worth, the smoothie and drinks were good, but my son had the waffles and to say he did not finish them, the syrup was like water, the scrambled eggs were runny. Def felt ripped off paying 60$ with what was more like a 20 to 30 plated meal if that.
The food and the service are always great. We have made it our habit to visit the restaurant after our annual lab test.
This morning, Granma went into medical distress and I completely lost it, but the staff reacted in the perfect way, handling the 911 call and aligning all actions that need to be taken… down to packing the food we had not touched… when husband went back to pay, manager told him not to worry about it.
We are still at the ER, but Grandma, thank God is ok…
5 stars are too little to express our thanks and we shall come back

Awesome service. We joined the waitlist for the wrong location and the staff ant the University location accommodated our group on a very busy Sunday morning. They were very good to us. And the food was fantastic!

We came to OEB for what used to be one of our favorite breakfasts, but it’s clear things have gone downhill fast. One of our orders was completely forgotten, even after we told the staff we were in a hurry. No one came by to check on us, refill our coffee, or even top up our water the entire time we were there.
The food quality has absolutely fallen off a cliff. We ordered two lobster crepes—at a premium price—and there was no lobster to be found, seen, or tasted. To make it worse, prices have gone up significantly, and the experience doesn’t justify it at all.
To OEB management: don’t bother offering a free coffee or token gesture to remove this review. We are not interested. What customers actually want is consistency, quality, and basic service—which were all missing today.

Ordered through DoorDash from here with a friend who is celiac, they ordered all the right things to be “safe”, made sure to select the “Gluten Free” options, and now is currently in significant pain because of poor food handling or being served the wrong item (we aren’t exactly sure). If you are celiac or gluten sensitive, I’d recommend avoiding.
Really good breakfast.

Mediocre breakfast at best. Cold toast, cold crepes unless you order savoury we were told. Potatoes nothing special, just fries. Coffee was pretty good and strong though. 4 diners , crepes, farmer skillet, original breakfast and toast with a side of sausage. Good variety of options ordered and nothing outstanding flavour wise. No pictures today but the space is nice and inviting.
