Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Overall, the quality of food has gone down, except for their garden salad. Their Alfredo sauce is not from scratch and almost has a powdery after taste. And, the sauce is way too thick. Their tomato or marinara sauce needs an upgrade. Feels like it came from a can. Their garlic shrimp was tasty and so too was their spicy sauce but again could use some crushed tomatoes or oregano, or something more to jazz it up.

I order the create your own dish pasta for about $20 ,60 and it was a magnific choice ,with unlimited soup and breadsticks and a 5 cheese marinara spaghetti pasta bowl

Terrible experience on Sunday. Steak was a joke. Worse experience at an olive garden I have ever had.

The food was very delicious today. Must have a cook who know how to make good pasta and sauces. The crispy chicken fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli was one of the best I have had in a very very long time
Also the starter soup was pretty lovely as well and don't forget about the bread sticks.

Visited at 11-30 am on Saturday august 23 rd . The waitress was pleasant and took our drink order . We ordered the tour of Italy with the salad and the steak with fettuccine with soup. She brought the bread sticks they were very plain and cold and dry . We asked her for butter . The salad had no dressing on it I asked her for dressing the soup was good . She brought out one dressing and some butter . I needed more dressing as I got into the bottom of the bowl but did not see her again. Another girl eventually took away our dishes . She brought out our meals and we never saw her again . The tour of Italy fettuccini with shrimp was cold and it literally was dry with no sauce on it she said the shrimp add on was 5 dollars which was wrong . The steak was supposed to be med rare was leaning towards well definitely not pink in the middle again the fettuccine cold and dry no sauce very bland . This was really a huge let down as are last visit was amazing . My date did not want to complain but said he would take the steak for his puppy we waited for a container and eventually awe were able to wave down a waiter who dropped a container on the table we asked for the check . Again we waited Finally she shows up doesn’t ask us anything drops the check on the table and looks for a machine . First time in along time I left absolutely no tip . Come on Olive Garden you can do better than this . You had so much staff standing around when we left .

Great value for your money, prices are a little higher but you get so much food if you get entrees with the soup.or sald and breadsticks. Our server was so pleasant and offered great customer service. We went at prime lunch time on a weekday, had no wait to be seated and food was hot and done in reasonable amount of time. I wish there was more than one location in Calgary so it was more convenient to eat here!
