Best macarons in town! Their consistency is astounding. And their flavours are incredible. Perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. I’m obsessed with their goat cheese & apricot flavour! I can’t get enough of Ollia, honestly!

Went for a macaron baking class with a work function, and it was such a great afternoon! The owner was extraordinarily generous with tips and tricks, and such a great instructor. I'd definitely go back to repeat the class if I had the opportunity.

My partner and I did the class with David on March 4th, and I was quite impressed. I’m by no means a baker, but he was funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the class fun, interesting, engaging and approachable.
I’ve enjoyed each Macaron and drink I’ve ever purchased from this shop prior to doing the class, but doing the class really made me appreciate the dedication this team brings to their craft. This is an excellent local business worth supporting.

My friend and I took part in the baking class on January 29. David is incredible and he makes it all look so easy. While my friend and I have no experience with making macarons, we were successful in this class with David leading the way. Again, he makes it all look so easy, he is exceptional at what he does for sure. I chose blue colouring and I looked like a Smurf at one point with the batter over my hands and apron :) Thank you so much for this great experience. Fun, engaging class with David from Red Deer. He did his best to make the class as easy as possible for us all. As I mentioned in the class, I have experience making various sandwiches and pastas so baking is quite easy for me.. However, some guests were EXTREMELY inexperienced and still had very little difficulty. Ended up bringing home about 30 macarons that David did most of the work for (I did stir).
