They’re always delicious, amazing flavours and textures and we love that there are dairy free choices too to accommodate all of the allergies. Special thanks to Anna and her team today as they provided some of the best customer service when there was a mixup with the delivery of our order. The treats were promptly replaced, hand delivered to the location of our meeting, and were met with rave reviews from our staff. We will continue to order their macarons for our special occasions! I recently attended a macaron making class with my 17-year-old daughter, and the entire experience was exceptional. The shop is absolutely beautiful, and the baking area is immaculate, which immediately sets a very high standard for the class. The owner, who also serves as the instructor, truly elevates the experience. He is engaging, knowledgeable, and creates an atmosphere that is both welcoming and inspiring.
It was fascinating to learn about his background in the culinary industry, as well as the differences between working in France and in Canada. His passion for the craft is evident, and he makes the process of creating macarons feel approachable and enjoyable. Making the macarons was an incredible amount of fun, and although I suspect that me recreating them at home may not feel quite as effortless haha, the class gives you confidence along with a very helpful recipe package to take home. I can’t wait to make them at home.
The best part is that you leave with approximately thirty-five macarons that you make yourself, which is an amazing bonus. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique, enjoyable, and wonderfully taught baking experience.

I recently took a macaroon-making class with my girlfriends, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of delicious aromas. The owner David was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process so much fun even for beginners like us! We learned step-by-step how to make the perfect macaroons, from whipping the meringue to piping and filling with the most heavenly ganache. Not only did we walk away with a box of gorgeous (and tasty!) treats, but also new skills and great memories. It was the perfect girls' night out creative, relaxing, and a little bit indulgent. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a fun activity with friends, a unique date idea, or just a chance to treat yourself!
