I’ve ordered a box of 24 macarons for my husband birthday. Literally just 4 of all flavours were fresh and soft. All others were very dry and crumbly. I was very disappointed as it was a gift. Two stars for Earl Gary and Vanilla

The instructor was incredibly friendly and sweet, and she did a fantastic job explaining each step of the process, including why each technique was important for making light, airy, and delicious macarons. It was perfect for beginners and made the whole experience fun and approachable.
During our break, we were treated to a selection of Ollia’s own macarons along with some absolutely delicious teas—such a nice touch! The shop itself was clean, cozy, and very inviting. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn something new and enjoy a lovely evening out.

The main star are the macarons which are both colour and delicious. The biggest problem is deciding which ones to try! They are delicious! Packaging is thoughtfully done, and only adds to the appeal. Overall well worth the trip to stop in and try some of the best macarons in the city.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the little shop has amazing things to purchase and we were served delicious tea and professionally made macrons. Best macarons in town! Their consistency is astounding. And their flavours are incredible. Perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. I’m obsessed with their goat cheese & apricot flavour! I can’t get enough of Ollia, honestly!
