Me and my friends went to dine in on August 22 around 8:30 it was busy.Raquelle our server greeted and sat us immediately. It was busy that night but she still manage to be friendly and accommodating. Raquel gave us a very good recommendations for drinks. We had gone to many Marriot restaurants but Raquel by far is the best server we had. Very hard working and very friendly. She knows what she is doing. We will definitely coming back. 5 stars service .

I recently dined at one18 empire and was completely satisfied start to finish. My server Lesley was extremely attentive and made several helpful recommendations throughout the evening. The beef was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for the perfect combination of service and taste.

Insanely overpriced and incredibly disappointing. It's hard to justify paying nearly $50 per person for two burgers and two drinks when the food is this mediocre.
The service was also disappointing, and our server only seemed interested in being nice when it came time to settle the bill.

My friends and I were there last July 08 for dinner. It was so busy but we were greeted immediately by a server and happened to be our server Raquelle) She is very informative, pleasant, approachable and very friendly, However busy it was she still manage to smile and be friendly. All the cocktails she recommend were very good and we all love it ( Golden Sunset, Whisky me Away, Confluence and the made by Ben) The food were also good. WE also had the Japanese old fashion that se also recommended. (i love it!!)
Raquelle is one of the best server we had and we highly recommend this restaurant for her top notch service.
We will definitely comeback.

I was here for a work meeting. When we walked inside I was greeted by a very nice hostess, followed by our server. The service here is absolutely amazing. It really did raise the ambiance of the environment. My steak was gorgeous and cooked perfectly. My tuna was very fresh and presented nicely. We all had a wonderful night here. If I was in Calgary again, staying at the Marriott, I would definitely come back to dine here again. Our continental breakfast was delicious and satisfying as well.

We hosted an event at One18 during Calgary Stampede week, and to say it was great would be an understatement. The atmosphere was perfect, the food and drinks were top notch and the staff were absolutely amazing. Angelyn was phenomenal to deal with leading up the the event, and Rachell and Leslie were so lovely as server/bartenders. Thank you all so much! If I could review more than 5 stars I would!

We stumbled upon this place on our walk downtown Calgary and called to book a reservation for a dinner of four and were told to just walk in since it wasn’t busy. When we arrived, the staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t show us to our spot but instead told to seat wherever. The seating area was designed to fit guests on two. The guy told us he’ll be sending someone to put the table together in order to fit 4 of us but nobody ever came to do that. We did it ourselves. Our waitress wasn’t nice and understanding. We felt pressured to find what to order but in the end we couldn’t stay at a place where we didn’t feel welcomed by the staff. We decided to leave. One thing about their menu, it’s very selective and doesn’t have any sort of fish or seafood. I don’t recommend at the very least not the one located downtown
Went there for a vendor event. Good craft beers on tap, but it's the old fashioned cocktail they're best known for and for good reason. The food is excellent as well!

Held my daughter graduation event for the family at One18. Angelyn and her team were amazing, even making some last minute accommodations to fit the layout that our daughter wanted, we had the back section and it was modified to allow for mingling.
We had a number of individuals who were Celiac and the food preparation was amazing, they even made some sliders that were gluten free including the buns!
Food and drinks were amazing, if you’re planning on hosting an event, consider One18. We will be back again.
