I really enjoyed the food in this location and the service especially the young guy who works in the front but the young lady with reading glasses was really rude and weird which made me get confused just cause we asked her to remove rice and add salad ! Even the guy was trying to convince her but she kept being weird which is sad.

They know something about customer service here. Opa food, always good. We come often especially on business travel. The individuals here are well trained and go the extra mile to make sure your order is the way you like it.

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB

We have been going to this opa for years and today was the worst experience I have ever had. The young lady at the front was very unfriendly and looked upset that people were coming in to order food. We ordered 2 wraps and a calamari with caesar. For some reason the calamari was put down first and then left sitting in the air conditioning getting cold while she made the rest of the food. Also I had ordered 2 extra dips and had to ask for 1 because it was forgotten. We came home to eat and all of our food was cold and the calamari was tough to eat. Not sure we will ever visit this location again, which is a shame as it is in our neighborhood

food prepared so quickly that it seem not cooked at all, either the food is old and just need to be heated or uncooked, my son had stomach ache next day after eating chicken souvlaki at this Location

Counter at Metrotown Mall Food Court The order taker Simran is a pleasure to deal with! Very pleasant mannerism and clearly does her job well. Love the food and the service is great.🙂 Most people eat out for a pleasant experience and not just to fill their stomachs so an impressive employee like that is important.

Always a fan of OPA!, I finally had the chance to visit this location.

The store was very clean and there's always parking out front. I ordered using the app, and upon giving my name, it took about 5 minutes to get my order ready.

I ordered the Lamb Souvlaki Combo. The lamb was cooked perfectly with a nice maillard reaction on the exterior while the meat remained tender inside. It was flavorful and a reminder why I love OPA! so much!

The rice was not dry and was a nice supporting cast for the meat. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. The caesar salad was just as I remembered. The pita was crisp just right and, dipped in their signature tzatziki sauce, was heavenly.

I can't wait to eat here again!

Chicken pita was cold and poorly stuffed, tasted okay. Wrapping was opened within 5 minutes.
Falafel bites were hard and dry; Falafel taste but definitely been sitting for a minute.

Horrible customer service!! I will never come to this location again. I typically visit this location during the day on my lunch break from work and the ladies are fantastic. After this evening never again.

It’s crazy to me how a place that has 2 more hours open is closing so soon and has such a bad attitude with clients. It’s 7:58pm on a Tuesday and the place closes at 10pm and it feels like they are pushing customers out to close. This is bad staff and I don’t recommend going here. Ridiculous how these people train their staff…

Won’t be coming here again..
