OPA! of Greece Country Hills Town Centre

The service at country hills opa location is pathetic. The staff (two girls) had no customer services experience, no sense of greeting the customers. The girl who took the order, she just punched the amount in the machine and left, the other girl took out the order after it was done and just left it at the counter.
Never going back to this location.

Loved Opa and went here pretty often, there was always this one middle asain female staff that was very unfriendly, but every now and then a male whom looked like the owner took my order and was very friendly and loved his chill vibes. Food was always great though, but yesterday, i went and bought the food at 6:30pm came home opened and to my surprise it looked very different from what i normally receive. Potato had no taste, salad was warm, bread was white and rice was the worst rice i have every tasted. Beef was the only thing acceptable but def not worth the price. Wondering if they changed owners or system but food was terrible.

Same as the other recent reviews, staff are completely unfriendly and act as if you are bothering them. Food was decent although the meat portions were on the skimpy side. Grossest thing was cook did not wear a hairnet and had long hair in a wild pony tail 🤢. To the owner that does the cut & paste responses to these reviews, save it, it just looks completely disengenuous.

We arrived at 9:45 and website says its open at 10am. My daughter really wanted it so we waited. We entered the store at 10:02am and the lady staff just straight up said we’re still closed - in a rude way. Mind you, we live close so we come here a few times and ALWAYS this lady is not pleasant. Answers and takes order in a rude tone.

I told her the website says the store is open at 10am. She insisted and asked which door I entered from. Clearly there was only ONE door. Clearly it was open, how else were we able to enter?!?

We left. She didn’t even say any word. Not a sorry at least if indeed they are only open at 10:30 and that the website details are incorrect. Nothing. And again, this is not the first time she’s been rude. I wished Incould have gotten her name.

The food is good and the service is quick but god these women look miserable. Especially the one at the till with the clear glasses. She doesn’t even look at you and never smiles or asks how are you- nothing! Feels very unwelcoming. Probably won’t go to this location any more cause of it.

Very rude East Indian staff not happy with how I spent my money made me feel very little and unappreciated customer. I paid 60$ for two platters and the amount of food was very small and the food seemed and tasted old. I really Wouldn’t recommend this location to any one at all

At the end of the day, Opa is fast food so the expectations have to be realistic, but I was not prepared for it to be this bad.

The staff are not happy. Not greeting, no “hello” or “how are you”, just an annoyed glare when you walk in the door. Unfortunately when working a customer service job, you need to at least try to be nice to customers.

The food was not great either. There is a pool of grease in the bottom of my container, very unappetizing. Bland, mildly soggy fried food accompanied by wilting lettuce.

I have been to other locations, and have had excellent food for what it is. There is a location at North Hill Centre, and the staff are amazing!
