OPA! of Greece Deer Valley

I recently visited Opa and had a great experience. Charanpreet was very friendly. The quality of the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Horribly rude over a simple misunderstanding with the cashier. Not only did they mess up the order but they were absurdly mean about it.

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB

Love the food and the service is great.🙂 Most people eat out for a pleasant experience and not just to fill their stomachs so an impressive employee like that is important.

I came in around 2:30 pm January 13th, and I had a fantastic experience. I got a pita wrap meal, the woman was very kind, and approachable, but the guy with glasses who cooked my meal took so much pride in how it was made. You don’t find people like that in the food industry and I was extremely pleased. Will be back again when I crave OPA!!

Opa Northgate, Winnipeg. Didn't issue receipt. Dirty tables, chairs, floor and washroom. Staff always inside the kitchen.

Picked-up dinner for my wife, mother and I. Terrific food! Friendly staff and what looks like a clean kitchen. No shortage of Greek salad and the chicken souvlaki pita was excellent. The Opa fries were nicely seasoned and exceptional - not greasy. Total for three dinner plates and a fry was under $50.00 - a bargain in today’s world. Thank you!

I have been to this location several years and never had the service I had today. The young lady took an attitude with me because I asked for a Gyro? Anytime I come in I have ordered this way and not an issue. She said so just a Gyro? I said yes and had to say a wrap cause I noticed she was about to charge me for gyro meat. She had this look of satisfaction after being so rude. I suggest you google what a Gyro is since you grabbed your phone 3 times while I waited for a Gyro. Really poor customer service and attitude from her.

My primary rating is due to the food. The lamb souvlaki skewer was the toughest bit of meat I have ever eaten -- like a rubber eraser, except with less favour. And the extra skewer had 4 tiny chunks the size of a small kids eraser. At $5.25 that is very expensive lamb. As to the service, they were busy, but no "hello, I'll be with you in a moment". Almost walked out. Should have. Won't go back.

This is the best Opa location I had ever experience . From entering meeting and greeting is so accommodating. Amazing customer service and staff is very polite and they always serve my food on table because I have mobility issue. I usually come here for lunch with my family and the food is always delicious. I will recommend this to everyone.
