OPA! of Greece Deer Valley

Picked-up dinner for my wife, mother and I. Terrific food! Friendly staff and what looks like a clean kitchen. No shortage of Greek salad and the chicken souvlaki pita was excellent. The Opa fries were nicely seasoned and exceptional - not greasy. Total for three dinner plates and a fry was under $50.00 - a bargain in today’s world. Thank you!

I have been to this location several years and never had the service I had today. The young lady took an attitude with me because I asked for a Gyro? Anytime I come in I have ordered this way and not an issue. She said so just a Gyro? I said yes and had to say a wrap cause I noticed she was about to charge me for gyro meat. She had this look of satisfaction after being so rude. I suggest you google what a Gyro is since you grabbed your phone 3 times while I waited for a Gyro. Really poor customer service and attitude from her.

My primary rating is due to the food. The lamb souvlaki skewer was the toughest bit of meat I have ever eaten -- like a rubber eraser, except with less favour. And the extra skewer had 4 tiny chunks the size of a small kids eraser. At $5.25 that is very expensive lamb. As to the service, they were busy, but no "hello, I'll be with you in a moment". Almost walked out. Should have. Won't go back.

This is the best Opa location I had ever experience . From entering meeting and greeting is so accommodating. Amazing customer service and staff is very polite and they always serve my food on table because I have mobility issue. I usually come here for lunch with my family and the food is always delicious. I will recommend this to everyone.

The worst customer service experience today. The staff who helped me had the worst attitude. I can tell the negative vibes just by the way she took my order. I ordered a kid's menu she asked me if I wanted a fountain drink or a bottled drink. I said bottled. I ordered two more meals and then paid for it. When she was almost done prepping my order, she said by the way I didn't charge you for the bottled drink and gave me a cup and told me here's the drink for the kid's combo. She then shifted places with another girl and asked her to charge me for the bottled drink. I approached the girl at the cashier, I said I'm sorry but I'm not understanding what your coworker was saying and then this girl interrupted and said a lot of things about the drink. I got furious because it was her fault and she was not apologetic and she was arguing about the drink. My orders were paid for and there's her, arguing to me about her fault. I raised my voice on her cause oh my goodness, I have never seen someone so rude and I'm usually always happy. When I see Mila at this location, it's always the best service. Unfortunately, someone else was here today and it put this business down to my satisfaction.

She said I couldn't complain to the owner and that if I had a problem leave them a review. So here I am. After 10 years of ordering at Opa Deer Valley, I have never felt disrespected like this. Also, the foods did not have much meat to eat. It was prepared by a staff that didn't want to work but wanted to get a paycheck.

Went I entered the establishment, I was greeted right away. There were people picking up and people dining in.I ordered the calamari with Greek salad. Salad was freshly made and calamari was plump, hot and tasty. Enjoyed my meal.

I love this restaurant normally, however today, Saturday January 6th I was disappointed to find out that they now charge for a bag for your meals. I am unable to carry the containers that the food comes in as I have mobility problems and didn't want to drop everything on the way back to my car. I know it's only .25 per bag, that is not the issue, the issue is that there were no signs posted that I saw that you now have to pay for a bag for the food. Only 2 weeks prior there was no charge for a bag. From now on I will be bringing my own bag

exceeded 20 minutes, resulting in persistently soggy and seemingly undercooked fries. The hummus lacked discernible flavor, and the pita, regrettably, seemed inadequately warmed. The absence of an inclusive beverage option, coupled with a price point exceeding $16, raises reservations. The absence of promotional offers compounds the challenge of justifying expenditures when confronted with subpar food quality and deficient flavors. The portion generosity appears to be limited. Given these experiences, I am disinclined to return, as a delayed discomfort ensued, likely attributed to undercooked food.

For $ 18 Overprice , portion small , flavour nothing special , definitely this place going down on the hill
