Counter at Metrotown Mall Food Court The order taker Simran is a pleasure to deal with! Very pleasant mannerism and clearly does her job well. Love the food and the service is great.🙂 Most people eat out for a pleasant experience and not just to fill their stomachs so an impressive employee like that is important.

Had one small order with salad and can drink. I was waiting for 40 minutes for my order. They prioritized bigger order and decided to make me angry and lost me, as their customers

I usually go in the evenings, the ladies behind the counter are kind and professional . They always greet me with a smile, which is nice for a change . Food is prepared quick and is great. Thank you ladies.

The place was excellent and the staff was also brilliant. I loved their food. And often come here. Food quality is great. Named Raman girl served me the food. She was so polite and humble. So customer service was great and would really recommend to visit.

Honestly, good food. Unbelievably small portion size on the protein. Staff were very quick and friendly, and the location was clean!

My order was all messed up, with the wrong toppings, lamb was overcooked and portions were small considering the price.
The employee taking my order was rude and didn't swap gloves after touching the pos and handling money.
The store itself was clean and well stocked but that's about it.

Portions are smaller than other Opas but they charge as much as other Opas. They are not friendly and take a long time to take your order.

Opa Northgate, Winnipeg. Didn't issue receipt. Dirty tables, chairs, floor and washroom. Staff always inside the kitchen.

The food tasted amazing but I saw an employee get asked for a refund because she sneezed.

I ordered Fresh fries and wraps from opa that are sure to satisfy. The fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, seasoned just right to enhance their natural flavor. The wraps are generously filled with fresh ingredients, featuring a great balance of textures and tastes. Each bite bursts with flavor, making for a satisfying meal. Also the staff is very friendly,polite and their service is very quick .Highly recommended everyone for a quick, tasty bite!

I am very impressed with their service. I had chickn wrap with fries and it was delicious. Really neat and clean environment. Staff is really friendly and cooperative. Girl Named Raman was so charming and welcomed with smile. This place is like wow. I would really recommend everyone to give a try.
