We noticed one lady on her personal phone talking for awhile, especially taking orders while busy and not really paying attention. I'm sorry. I thought personal phone calls were to be made on your break. Not while working. To me it's horrible customer service.

I ordered a beef souvlaki pita wrap and received a beef souldvaki meal??? I don’t really know how to eat what I didn’t order but I’ll do my best. I’m not impressed that I ordered a pita meal and now I have to compromise with a souvlaki stick of meat. Maybe there was a communication issue?

The worst meal I've ever had to endure. The greek salad was gross mush. The chicken was cold. Who runs this place? Never will I ever go to this "place" again. Absolute garbage.

I have been to this location 5 times in 2 years. Each time I have ordered the calamari and caesar salad. (which I have been ordering for 20 years at other locations and love… love…love!). Every time I have ordered it from this location, the calamari seems like it has been freeze dried and/or deep fried over and over so many times, it no longer tastes or feels like calamari at all, and is practically on the verge of turning to dust. The taste is awful.Each time, I had hoped it was just a bad day. Five out of those five times I ended up throwing my food in the garbage because it was that bad. Never again.Save time and money. Do not order calamari from this location at all.

I love this Opa location. Always great service and friendly staff. The food tastes great, they season the meat perfectly, some places do not season enough and the meat is flavorless. They always give great portions as well.

I ordered a falafel platter with Baklava and spanakopita. 1) They didn't give me baked potato in the platter (incomplete order). 2) they charged me for the baklava but never gave me my product (the women were too busy gossiping to care).3) they never apologized when I went and asked for my missing product. 4) the spanakopita was subpar and bland. It was unevenly cooked. Not impressed witht he service. I'd like a refund.

Ok location, it seemed clean and food was fresh..I hate! The wooden forks but what can you do?, it's a law now I guess... Maybe they can look into the corn based ones that are closer to a plastic fork and will hold up much better against a Greek salad. Good for a quick somewhat healthy bite.

Have been getting food from here for years and usually good. Ordered skip tonight and food was very poor compared to normal. Still gave thumbs up on skip because of benefit of the doubt and called them instead of bad review online. Told the woman on the phone the story and she did not give a care at all. Basically told me "oh well your meal is just bad this time", no attempt at customer service or trying to remedy the awful product I received. Will definitely not be using this Opa location again. It should have been such an simple guest retention fix.
