Cashier woman was not wearing proper uniform. Did not wash her hands going from cash to food. She put my order through to the debit machine and I had asked her for an extra tatziki so she pressed cancel on the debit machine did something at the till and then I paid. After I paid she then rung up 2 tatziki and asked me to pay for it. I said to her that I thought that that is what she was doing when she canceled the debit machine.. she looks me dead in the eye and tells me she didn't cancel the debit machine.. I told her not to worry about the extra sauce that she already charged me for. We get our food and you can taste the dirty grill on the chicken and the pita bread. As im sitting here eating another woman comes in and tries to order and use the app for her points or something and the woman behind the till starts arguing with the customer about not being able to use her phone number and that they dont allow it. The customer stated several times that she goes to the legacy location all the time and just uses her phone number.. the woman at the till finally goes and asks another employee and she was like oh yeah absolutely. She didn't even bother apologizing to the customer after arguing and talking to her like she was an idiot. I eat opa often.. first and last time at this location!! Pop machine is out of order and tables were not wiped in an empty restaurant.

Usually OPA gives "satisfactory" portions of meat but me and my mother ordered at the Shawnessy location very recently, both of us had the gyro platter, I got less meat than usual and my mom got like literally only 5 slivers of gyro as if they had taken meat from my portion and given it to her because they were too lazy and/or cheap to cook more. Also the potato and meat felt like they were leftovers from the morning. Most locations are decent but stay away from this one.

Girl putting orders together seemed to be overworked and rude.
I don't mind waiting 10 minutes for food. I do mind that our calamari was over cooked, crunchy and tough. Our ceaser salad was watered down & tasteless.

Full of high school kids, and the servers are letting them push in line, and continue serving the line cutters even when it is pointed out to them. You lost one customer today, I'm sure I'm not the only one.
