I ordered wrap meal this evening, got the worse experience I could have. First got metal piece in falafel (like foil pieces). Then I thought I could enjoy my salad but there was just the lettuce 🥬 in the salad no sauce or the croutons.
I believe Opa requires to check their food and quality, finding metal piece in food is not good experience. I might require to record a video or take pictures for the food before dumping it in the garbage.

I was here on Oct 31st @ 11:30AM. I was served pre-made chicken that was cold to the core. The pop fountain was broken and the service was slow

I’m have been a regular here for years. I’m super sad every time I stop in seems to be declining. I picked up a low-carb with a Caesar salad today and my lettuce is brown everywhere Throughout super upset, not sure if I’ll be able to visit this location again.

Worst Experience ever, zero respect for their customers

We went here tonight and had a horrible experience. Customer service was the worst I ever had in Canada. The lady was very rude and was repeatedly telling us that we are closing soon and indirectly asking us to leave while we were eating. If you want to close the store, then you shouldn't take the order in the first place. Even the food was bad. I have had Greek food before and it was nowhere close to it. I had stomach upset after having the food from this place.
Despite the bad reviews, it's surprising that they didn't pay attention to basic food quality and customer service.
PLEASE AVOID!!

I love opa and the food is usually amazing but today I was disappointed. My beef was 90% gristle and for $15 this is just simply unacceptable. For that price the food quality should be on point. If it was a $10 meal I’d be less frustrated.

The gyro meat was cold and tasted like it had gone bad..worse opa we ever had..just terrible.

food is great, but every time i go in the girls are always very unwelcoming.
