OPA! of Greece Southcentre Mall

I would give a negative star but no option for it. So I went there today. I was never disappointed by any Opa in the city till the one in Southcentre Mall. So below is the Opa platter with Lamb (they added 1CAD for that piece of meat ). You can see a woman medium size finger and the meat I weighted it and it was 40 grams with the skewer in. So technically I paid $15.75 on rice, bread with a tiny tiny piece of meat. Please avoid it, not worth the money.

I don’t usually review fast food spots because there’s a baseline standard you come to expect, but the OPA at Southcentre was disappointing enough to warrant a mention.

I ordered the Calamari Caesar. The salad itself was pretty typical, nothing to write home about. But what really let me down was the calamari. I counted only nine small pieces. If you’ve had their calamari before, you know how little that really is, especially considering the price.

Not exactly great value for money. Oh well, live and learn.

Paid 9$ for this. They said the chicken in this NEW YEAR BOWL CHICKEN is different type of their normal chicken skewer. totally understand but I got the crumble of left over chicken on their grill. not satisfied with the food at all

When I went to opa (dec 7) there were only 2 people working with a line at the till. The guy had to go back and fourth from the grill to taking orders so there were people waiting. Anyways.. I ordered some side fries and when I received them they looked pretty white instead of a bit golden feel like the guy rushed cooking my fries because of the line and pressure to get all the orders done. When I bit into some of my fries they felt kinda raw and uncooked. Just pretty disappointing, I couldn’t even finish them.

You lost my business.
I was given a Greek salad with little to no feta and 2 olives and charged $15. When I asked for a bit more feta, I was told I would be charged extra.

What is going on with this place? It’s such a letdown! The quantity of fries has gotten so small, and I was expecting an add chicken pita wrap, but it felt more like a Caesar salad definitely not what it’s supposed to be. I’ve tried it before, and it’s never tasted this bad. Maybe it’s just this location? Even the cashier seemed completely disengaged, like he was playing a game. No expressions, just robotic. I get that people have tough days, but they need to leave that at the door when they’re at work.

Went today (Nov 21) and as my husband and I were eating, we noticed the food was very bland and did not taste good at all. We both ended up getting food poisoning an hour later. Would NOT recommend or return.

We wanted to get to get a plate of fries with tzatziki sauce, she gave us the completely wrong thing, and was talking disrespectful.

Hi....we had lunch at your place today.Experience was from bad to worse..orden the calamari ask for an extra sauce...and we where charge an extra 1.50...the calamari was hard..the was probably fry twice because it was really oily...and the batter was coming off.....complain to the staff...to get our money back....but they claimed the manager wasn't in...to do a refund.....we got some else a beff, only 3 pieces,

the girl working was so unfriendly and charged me $1.05 FOR A CUP OF WATER without even mentioning it to me, horrible service
