Big Fish & Open Range - Renfrew

Always enjoy eating at Big Fish Open Range. Great selection of appetizers and entrees making it a delicious experience. Very friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere.

Excellent Service. Two menus to choose from, fish, beef, pasta. Food was delicious! Meals plated beautifully. Highly recommend.

I have actually given the restaurant a couple more chances but the quality of the food and service has definitely gone downhill. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon and unfortunately its in my neighbourhood.

I just love Big Fish, it's been my favourite restaurant in many years, great service, best food, Andy has worked there for many years, he always makes it the best experience, I love the Renfrew location, it's the only one I go to Just the best every time

We had the seafood chowder which was very good. Then we shared the fish and chips. Unfortunately the batter on the bottom of the fish was very soggy.

Just love going to Big Fish. I like the fact that the music is different and in the background so you can actually talk. The food is always good. I love the staff there. It's just an overall great experience.

Fantastic food and a great room. The char was amazing, and the seafood chowder was well balanced and had just the right amount of fish.

We like going to Big fish for brunch - it's has a bit more space and a more peaceful ambienece than typical brunch joints. And the food is great.

2nd time we've been there and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back. The management made sure to check on us regularly with just the right touch of humor to feel welcome and cared for.

This restaurant has something for everyone. Went with friends and we were able to carry on a conversation at normal tones. The food was great and the service was fantabulous!

We were belatedly celebrating my daughter-in-law's birthday and my one year old granddaughter was part of the party. There was a highchair when we arrived and the server was very helpful and considerate of her the whole time.

Very intimate, excellent service and a lovely variety of seafood and game on the menu. We will definitely be returning!

This was our annual visit and we were very much looking forward to our meal! I had the bison short rib and while it was tasty enough it was somewhat one-note in the seasoning. The disappointment was the mashed potato as that was cold and stiff like they'd been sitting all day. The server never asked if I wanted another drink. Overall, we have had better meals there but we will still be back next year!

We have been celebrating our birthday/anniversary day at Big Fish since my daughter turned one because it's a fabulous experience each and every year. The food and service are consistently excellent and we couldn't imagine celebrating anywhere else. Our server Glen always takes such great care of us! At our recent visit we had the mussels, which were enormous and so tender, the elk, which was cooked to perfection, fish tacos and the walleye both of which were delicious. If you haven't visited Big Fish, run, don't walk! Thank you as always for a fantastic experience!
