Came 15 minutes before close(I know, hate to be THAT guy), but she said they were closed, and they had "no drinks". I understand that you probably started your closing clean up early and didn't want to have to clean the machine again, but that's not very good customer service. I hope to change this review in the future.

I have only been here once, but had a pretty decent experience overall. My Orange Julius' shake turned out to be very tasty, cold, and refreshing. The service was prompt and friendly. And my order came exactly as I asked for it to be. It's too bad that the Dairy Queen attached to this location is not a \"restaurant\" (ie. No burgers, chicken tenders, etc.), but they do have hot dogs ?

I just ordered a medium Royal Blizzard and when I received it it was oozing from the side and dripping all over. Obviously, she couldn't flip it up side down. I ask if they inforce the policy. She says yes what kind do I want. I want a coupon. No sir, I need to eat two Bilzzards on the spot. What's up with that!? Why don't you offer coupons!?
