Food is delish and a good value. Service is great.

We placed an order on Uber for pickup and asked to get 2 beef platters and 2 chicken platters but instead they gave us 2 beef donairs (which is something we don’t eat). The two chicken platters looks like a leftover from yesterday. SO DRY NO LIE. We used to love this place as they serve generously amount of meat but lately it’s getting less and less and dry. My partner asked them if we can have a hot sauce but got a hardly NO. We tried to call the store multiple times but the staffs don’t help you at all and hung up. I offered to return the beef donairs as we didn't touch it but they didn't say anything and just ended the call. Sadly, it was for a birthday treat but got ruin because of how they do their job. I could say not even a star is worth it for them. So disappointed.

I came here and made an order of two chicken plates / platters. I had my kid in the car asleep so I couldn't wait inside. I asked for no sauce on one. The place was busy. I ended up with sauce on both. It was a rare request and because I wasn't there when they made the plate, and it was busy, the request was lost. I went back and they made it right, right away and without any arguments. The food is great. The place is clean. Anyone can eat here with confidence. Really great place.

Ordered delivery from the website and one minute before it was supposed to be delivered it got cancelled so I called to ask why and they said they never got an order but the money came out of my account. I ended calling back to ask how to get my money back and spoke with three different people that all said there was no order even though I got five different text messages all confirming the order. In the end they took my phone number and never called me back or gave me a refund, I had to call my bank. Very disappointed and upset do not order from these scammers.

I used to really enjoy the shawarma platters from this place, especially because they used to serve a generous amount of chicken. However, in my recent visits, I’ve noticed a significant drop in portion size, especially the chicken. It's been consistently disappointing, and I’m not sure why they’re reducing the quality or quantity like this.
If cost is an issue, I’d honestly prefer they increase the price slightly rather than cutting down the portions. At the very least, customers should feel they’re getting a fair value.

Not super happy with this order, I order here a quite often. However this time they barely gave any garlic sauce, split a single pita in half instead of giving two separate ones, and put olives in the garden salad. But they gave us quite a bit of meat so that’s a plus for them, food is always delicious though.

Great take out place, food also great. Unfortunately order wait time can be extremely long.

I asked for no pickles in my kids falafel wraps yesterday, they didn't put cucamber pickles but put the other ones (pink ones which is type of pickles) my kids didn't eat at all. Also olives in flafel wraps ! Why ! That is not our middle eastern flafel !
We ordered a big order over 120$ and I didn't care but when kids didn't eat I felt I lost my money for nothing.
Asked for tabouli side, told the woman before that my kids don't like onions in wraps , i know tabouli has onions and they are fine with some in tabouli (the regular amount that we know) but the one that we got yesterday is full with onions to a point when we opened the lid it was onions smell with lots of onions. So my daughter didn't eat the tabouli too.
