What a great new spot to the neighborhood! I was in the plaza hoping to go to A-mart but they weren't open yet when I saw this adorable shop in the corner.
I walked in and was greeted by Edel who was absolutely delightful and charming and walked me through the menu at great length. I ordered two protein coffees and 1 banana caramel protein waffles and all three things were delicious and satisfying. Edel made everything to order (waffle included) and took so much time and care to ensure it came out to my tastes. Everything on the menu looks so great and I will be back to try more but also because of such excellent service!

Great locally owned spot for high protein low sugar meal replacements, coffee, and treats. It’s great for getting a shake post workout or while out doing chores. The owner, Ha, is super kind and always happy to talk health and nutrition, and she stocks a lot of supplements I don’t have at home.

I really love this place! The shakes are so delicious. I haven’t tried all the flavors yet, but I definitely will because everything I’ve had so far has been amazing. The atmosphere is super cozy, beautiful, and welcoming. The owner is very kind, receptive, and friendly, and she genuinely enjoys talking with customers, which makes the experience even better. I loved it and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just had a couple of great protein smoothies. Daughter is not good with milk so it is so nice to find a place that makes them dairy free in downtown Calgary. Great service and helpful staff. We will be back.
The shakes are PRETTY light considering you get all the nutritions, super tasty. The only downside of it is that I finished it quickly.
If you’re looking to slim down or pursue fitness excellence, I would lay off Starbucks or bbt that have has a lot of sugar instead go to Outlive nutrition.
Place is underrated. It’s a good place to study or do work if you live in the area. Located in a great spot downtown with parking.

I love the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake & ferrero rocher protein shake and i kinda like the hazelnut latte protein shake. Energy tea, i love the Bora bora with its pineapple, orange & raspberry in it flavour & pinacolada (pineapple & coconut flavour in it). I love the store, its clean and i like the good vibes 😍😃
