Have been to Owen's Landing several times over the past number of weeks. Fabulous service and food. My server has been Adelina. She is amazing. Pleasant, professional and even remembered how I like my coffee and what I'd ordered last. Great experience. Brought two colleagues back on separate occasions.

Absolutely beautiful place but the service was soooo slow considering it wasn't even busy, not sure if bar was understaffed because we waited for what felt like an hour for our first drinks to arrive.

The booths don't have a place for feet to touch so it's uncomfortable and you feel like a toddler.

On a Wednesday night where the restaurant was not full, we had very poor service. We waited 20 minutes to order a drink, and then another twenty minutes to order our food. We also accidentally spilled a drink, and used all our napkins to clean it up then the server didn’t bring any extra napkins or helped to clean it up. Then left all the wet napkins at our table. And any plates used for the appetizers and kids snacks were not cleared away so we didn’t have much space. Our food was brought to our table by a manager and a different server. They were really helpful, but our main server was not helpful or very attentive. And it made our overall experience unpleasant. We will not return or recommend it to others.

Service is very poor. We had to wait almost 45 minutes before we got our food. I had to keep finding and calling the waitress to check on our food. We went during lunch time just before 12pm and were expecting to come out by 1pm. But delay with service caused us 30min over lunch time.

The place is really quite beautiful.  What we couldn't understand is that the place was super quiet, considering it was a Friday night and a hockey game was playing. The food was a little overdone, other than that the service was great!
