The unlimited bread bar is the definite highlight of this place. Rest of the food is just okay and fairly overpriced. A pop is $5. Service was good.

The food and service was very good - wine selection is excellent (house red is better than at most other places I've dined). Although I did not partake of the bread bar, I will most certainly do so next time. The light level is very bright and even though it was not busy the noise level was higher than what I would have expected. By my standards, music in a restaurant should be in the background. I was only there for a quick meal and had the Chicken Parm sandwich with Italian salad on the side. It was very good.

It was my first to visit Pacini and it was a great experience. Bryan who us assisted during dinner was into detail with our requests and we had a tip-top service from him. The bread station in the middle of the restaurant was a good concept plus the bread and spread selection was good. Food was great I loved the carbonara and the caramel dessert was a surprisingly tasty!

Thank you Bryan for your exceptional customer service!

Went for lunch, got the spaghetti. The food was okay, bread was the better part. I loved being able to toast it and use the different spreads they had. Would go back for the bread.

Way over priced for the food they send out. We try both dinner and breakfast. Not good at all. Breakfast burnt crepes. Dinner order chicken - where is the chicken? Cost $34.

Came to celebrate a birthday, was not greeted happily just “for two?” And I proceeded to mention my reservation, I am a restaurant host as well and I expected for them to notice the birthday celebration note made on OpenTable. We were not greeted Happy Birthday at the door or until we told the server. when we got to our booth (happy they noticed my table request) our server did not introduce himself and quietly just served water and walked away, I was wanting to start off with another drink from the bar. Server came back and only said “are you guys ready to order” I was hoping for an introduction and a more warm welcoming. Food was good, but since it was our first time we ordered another dish and didn't know it was incorrect dish name until we saw the receipt, we didn't mentioned it to the server because we already ate it. We only got 1 quality check in with our food and we ran out of water. Since we came for a Birthday we were hoping for a complementary dessert because it was the weekend of, but we were told it's only 1 day or on day of, which is understandable if that's their policy.
