Just like every review, portion is small. Food is ok. I wouldn't say it's authentic but close enough. It's strange that I spoke Thai to the server but she refused to speak Thai back even she can.

I requested a table away from the front door and they easily accommodated me. The food was good, was pricy but what isn’t these days. Great place to eat and catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and food delicious.Vegetarian options: Most dishes have meat but there are few just veggies, many choices and all deliciousParking: There is limited number of spots in the parking lot out front but there is street parking

I’ve been eating here for some years now. I’m sad to report, the food quality has declined significantly. I now hesitate to come back. Sad day.

I had the beef fried rice and spring rolls. I thought it was very good and would definitely get it again. I’d like to try the curry next time since it also looks good. Can’t comment on service and atmosphere since I ordered delivery.

This is a great little find for excellent Thai food in nw Calgary. The restaurant is very atmospheric with the decor. But the food is what is really important and it's excellent. We needed some gf options and that didn't impact the taste or presentation of our food. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable on gf needs so we had no worries.Definitely coming back!Dietary restrictions: Great selections for gf menu needs

I have been to this restaurant once to dine in as one friend invited me and this was my second time. This is not my go to place anyway. It’s Rose garden Thai restaurant downtown. We recently travelled to Phuket and since we were feeling nostalgic, decided to order as this is nearer to my home.I would like to review each dish I had, in case you ever tried them.Tom kha gai - This is a coconut creamy soup with mushrooms, chicken and tomatoes. I wanted to order one but when I called to order, the sales person said it’s a starter and then I ordered two, not knowing how big it was. It was tiny and cost was $7.5, so for two, 15 dollars, when I took it home my jaw dropped.Pad Thai - I had many pad thais but this was so far the worst. It had no flavour, they very kindly gave me the prawns separately since my partner is allergic to prawns. Prawns were just boiled and tasted nothing.Pineapple chicken rice - full of turmeric and tasted nothing but disappointment.Plain roti - in Thailand, the roti was sweet and light. This was more like oily paratha. My stupidity, I ordered two. My partner was scared that I would have clogged arteries.Overall, it was a waste of money and tastebuds.

A bit disappointing... came here for my anniversary Dec 10th at 2pm and wasn't pleased. Restaurant was empty only 1 other table occupied, asked to move tables (before being served anything) to the table next to us (more room). Received a response back by server saying "ummm... pause.. yeah okay sure.." while giving us a look. At the end of the meal I asked if I could order mango sticky rice, the server responded "we don't typically serve any more dishes until everything is finished on the table". I felt very awkward and a bit surprised. The food was good, soups were the best but very small. Green curry was a bit watery, standard nothing amazing. Pad Thai was better. Mango sticky rice wasn't even a whole mango, maybe half? Total bill before tax was just under $90!! For 2 people.Service 2/5Food 3.5/5Atmosphere 4/5Parking: Limited spots

Had the salad rolls to start, delicious. Then had the green curry with coconut rice, and it was very tasty. The shrimp however, which was an extra 6$ was not tasty. They were not seasoned at all and were very tough. Put the whole dish off sadly. Our server was very friendly.

The name of this restaurant says it all, they do an excellent pad thai! That's not to say the remainder of their dishes are also excellent because they are. We stopped at the restaurant on a whim and we're certainly delighted. When back in the Calgary area, we will certainly will consider dropping in again.
