We were more than happy with Panago pizza. Service was excellent, and food was made fast and delicious. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Panago has changed their plant based cheese to congealed trash. As is I will not go back to any Panagos. Please fix your trash cheese. I used to enjoy your pizzas. Until the cheese is changed I cannot order from Panago again.

Spent $80 for pizza night with my family. My pizza was the only one that had any meat. It was a ham, fresh tomatoes and feta pizza. On each slice there was 1 half circle of ham. Not anywhere near enough to even cover half of the piece of pizza. It was the worst pizza I've had in a long time. How can that be acceptable. When half your slice doesn't have the main ingredient. My son, daughter in-law and granddaughter were in from BC and they only eat plant based. They seem to love this option from Panago so I spent $80 on 3 pizza's and a pack of nuggets. 2 LG. 1 Med. Forgot the plant based cheese bread too. I wish it would have been as good as they talked about. I think the prices are fair enough if there was actually some meat on my pizza. In total there was 4 super thin rounds of ham cut in half on my entire pizza. There was a small handful of diced fresh tomatoes. So I could have 2/3 diced tomatoes on a slice. Even a foot long sub gets 8 pieces of ham. And it's half the price. I hope this is not normal. If it is I understand and need to go elsewhere when my family is in town.

Panago at east hills normally have good pizzas, and this is my go to pizza place since I live right there. But yesterday my pizzas were awful, overcooked, burnt crust, the bacon and pepperoni was burnt. The dough was harder than dollar store cookies. Not sure what happened last night but this pizza was not it. As for the prices you guys charge should make sure people’s pizzas are perfect. Because you guys charge the same price as going to a pizzeria downtown that’s made with a clay oven.

They got bad customer service service One time I went to the back the Job the veggies on the ground and they picked her up put her on the pizza don’t ever eat from the shop they’re dear and scummy
I've ordered four times In the last two months. Food quality hasn't changed. At least they are consistent with making cheap quality pizza at premium prices. Quality is very poor. My last order was pathetic. The toppings were unbelievable. I sure would like to know how many ounces of topping is supposed to go on a pizza. I should have taken a picture. I wouldn't recommend panago they have gone down hill.
