The food is too good man. You know how people ask if you had to choose only one food to eat for the rest of your life, which one would that be? Panago Pizza would 100% be a top choice haha. This is easily my favorite pizza place of all time and I get it from multiple locations in the city when I can. I always appreciate when companies include plant-based options on the menu.For this location specifically, I love coming here since the staff are all so friendly and do such an amazing job. Shout-out to the two guys who were working last night, you two are great. I made an order today with a complimentary credit I had on my account and got to meet the owner who is also welcoming and very nice.(◍•ᴗ•◍)❤
Do not order delivery here! We ordered it took over 1.5 hours for delivery, it came cold which at that point we didn't know if it was safe to eat. Half the order was missing. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and they keep saying they will call and refund me, they called once to figure out the order then said they would call back and never did, I followed up numerous time and they keep telling me I will get a call to refund the charge from the manager but I am yet to see my refund. Great way to waste money and not eat. Disappointed because I have had a great experience at other locations and this store does not meet the Panago standards I have previously experience.Edit: I see in the comments a lot of people are having an issue with the delivery driver as well, and panago keeps commenting to email customer service... which is exactly what I have been doing for over a month with no results. This location is stealing money from people and trying to hid it.

Horrible service - worse panago I’ve experienced as far as quality. Today was the last straw. I prepaid and pre tipped and the driver forgot half our order. He said he would come back and never did. No call or anything.
