I ordered pick up twice from this location with skip the dishes and Uber Eats. Both times they said they didn’t have my order. I had to wait for them to make my order. Very frustrating. My issue isn’t with the pizza. It tastes good.

The pizza was ok, we ordered Mediterrian Veggie pizza. They did not have the ingredients for Pesto Veggie pizza available though it was in their menu.
I wasn't happy with their food handling practice, the associate did not wear gloves while making pizza, nor did they wash their hands after making each pizza which can cross contaminate between meat pizza and vegan pizza.

3 rd time I ask to bring change for cash deal. Every time customer service sucks. They don’t give a dam about their job. So as pizza missing half of the toppings. My last time buying pizza from ur location

I love Panago. Fresh ingredients. Tomato sauce is even organic. Usually fast delivery. They have so many toppings and sauces and cheeses to choose from. Decent prices compared to pub style pizza. My favorites are the butter chicken, chipotle chicken and philly steak.

They have several vegan options - which is great. However since 2025 began, they barely put on any toppings now. I often see the crust between the toppings. For the price I expect there to be the same amount of toppings that we're used to. When adding an ingredient as an extra add on - as an example mushroom, I've received several pizzas on different occasions with less than 1 mushroom, and they charge $3.50 for less that one mushroom?! I've inquired about it, ordered from several different locations, and it's no longer worth the price. Their cheese bread is also bare nowadays, it's been very disappointing and we've stopped ordering from Panago several months ago - we were long time customers. The price goes up and the toppings disappear? No thanks!

Ordered a pizza and was delivered with now seals on the box to guarantee food safety this just blows my mind. How can food leave your establishment with a courier with no gaurantee of food safety for your paying customer. Due to an unsealed box...

I made the mistake of trying Panago tonight and we won't be back. The pizza was soggy and barely luke warm. I had to reheat it when we got home. We live 10 minutes from the location and it shouldn't have been that cold just on the drive home. It was sitting on a heated seat. The hot and spicy wings have so much ghost pepper that they are inedible. I paid 25 cents for a paper bag so we wouldn't have to juggle the boxes of chicken and the pizza. They gave us a ridiculously tiny bag that only fit the dip. Complete waste of time and money.

it’s lovely to have vegan options at a fast food pizza chain. they have many variations and i feel like they’re always coming out with brand new “niche” vegan items. hats off to them !

Panago, formerly Panagopoulos 2 for 1 Pizza, (as well of a couple other iterations)is now a real disappointment. They were founded in the town I group up in, Abbottsford BC. It was always a treat to order pizza from them. The crust was fluffy soft and crispy at the same time. The toppings were generous. The pies were perfectly baked with a thick layer of cheese on top that was amazingly browned. The sauce always tasted like they put some effort into it, with the tomatoes and spices.Now, when you order from modern day 'Panago', you get a crust akin to cardboard. The toppings are sparse, even though the description often says 'extra'. When you add extra cheese, it is easily half the cheese you got for regular back in the day.Maybe I'm just nostalgic, and a little whiny, but I'm sad that one of my favorite joints is now a pathetic chain.
