Pizza was made perfectly. I picked up the pizza. I made a couple of changes and they all were correct. Toppings were generous. Staff was friendly, the pizza was made in a timely manner and cooked to perfection. The pizza tasted delicious! Thank you! I will be ordering again.

Panago has changed their plant based cheese into some bizarre garbage paste. I am here letting my favorite franchise know that I won't be back until they change their cheese into something other than garbage. I will also change my review accordingly.

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and extra bacon. This pizza doesn’t have either and is also over cooked. it was for delivery . Twice in a row now the delivery guy is to lazy to do his job and bring it up to the apartment. Always has excuses that he can’t park in front of door. Kinda funny when all other delivery services and restaurants have no issue.

Ordered delivery from Panago direct. Both pizzas were overcooked. One pizza was a cheese pizza so it’s pretty important not to overcook the only topping but it was well overcooked and we didn’t eat it. Not the first time I have had this happen from this location.

Called for delivery, same order as last time. Price seemed to go up big time. Nearly $40 !!!! I'm sure it was $31 just a few weeks ago . And they expect you to tip the delivery guy??? Then on top of it, they wanted me to pay for a bag??? BULL!!! I'm sure the city council rescinded that bylaw some time ago.

Had to order twice from this place tonight.
First order was not even remotely close to what we ordered. Even it was small sizes. And only one of the dips were correct.
Second order was finally correct but wrong dip. If I’m paying $2 for a small dip cup, I would actually like the one I ordered. How hard is that to get correct? Is creamy chipotle dip the same as cheesy cheddar dip? (Btw, I wanted the cheesy cheddar dip. NOT creamy chipotle or jalapeño cheddar dip)
I get ordering through skip is a risk BUT shouldn’t the store also make sure the right order goes to whoever is picking it up???
Honestly how hard is it to get the order right? It’s in plain English.

Pizza is decent but way too salty. Totally understand this is a personal preference, but there should be an option for lower salt content ie… less than a pound of salt per pizza
