I ordered at the store yesterday. I was just surprised that the crew that made my ordered did not wear gloves during the preparation of my order. She came from the office,then took our order touching the screen of the computer, and went directly doing my order, without wearing gloves and without washing her hands. And the dough is already prep and looks hard not soft. When i ask her why she is not wearing gloves she said its their policy not to wear since the pizza will still be cook. My eyes just rolled when she told me that reason. They are dealing with food, it should be prepared with good sanitation. I understand that their is no perfect preparation in fast food but we just have to be more diligent in washing our hands. This is a food business we have to maintain cleanliness as much as possible. I used to work at one of the fast food chain before, and i know that management is doing inspection and providing us gloves and hair nets. But this panago mahogany branch is not wearing gloves and probably not using hair net. I did not notice the hair net to be honest. But to be fair on the crew, when I called her attention, she did another set of my order wearing a gloves and saw her washing her hands. Although if you think about it. The other ingredients was already contaminated when she made my first order. I ended up giving to someone my order. Instead of enjoying our pizza night. I might be wrong doing this review and my comment but i am also a customer trusting the company to do their job properly especially this is a food industry. Heads up to customer like me, be observant. Thank you.

Asked my sister to order me food so it would be ready when I got off of work. She came back and they wanted to charge her 30 FRICKING DOLLARS FOR A SMALL CHEESE PIZZA!!! She even confirmed the details and that it would be 12 dollars for the same thing but with a drink because of a lunch special..
WHY OVER HALF THE PRICE OFF WITH A DRINK?!
Only leaving 5 stars on the food as it was nostalgic of elementary school but that was awful!

I usually order panago though their app, the apps amazing and has a little driver map like skip and other delivery apps! I'm a super picky eater so I get a very specific pizza every time I order from here and it's always perfect as well as the receipts for my pizza order are organized nicely so I never feel bad for staff about being picky haha. I also received a call from panago corperate as a customer using their app in which they thanked me for being a loyal customer as well as gave me a $5.00 discount for my next order on my panago account! Been a panago customer since I was a little girl and so greatful that this company continues to make great pizza with care and give thanks to loyal customers ❤️ thanks BUY A PIZZA FROM HERE

Pizza is good but the delivery driver that arrived to my home this evening was quite rude. Was very vocal about the fact that I paid for majority of my bill in cash and the small remainder (and tip) in change. He proceeded to school me on how nobody pays with cash anymore, and grunted and groaned about having to count change. Ended up not counting any of it because he “does not care as it will come out of his pay if I shorted him anyways….what a strange comment to make to a stranger whom you’re delivering to, I could have removed his tip portion to have made it easier for him to count I guess? Turned me off of ever ordering delivery from this location again.

I've eaten Panago since it was called Panagopoulos, but their pricing has gotten out of control. The pizza is good, but not twice as good as literally any other place.
We ordered a medium pepperoni and medium cheese pizza with 2 dips, and the total was literally $39. They're greedy enough that a cheese pizza off the menu costs $14.75, but a "make your own pizza" version of it is $13. Just constant gouging ($4.50 delivery charge?!) and no included dips anymore.
They've gotten way overpriced for what you get.
