They have several vegan options - which is great. However since 2025 began, they barely put on any toppings now. I often see the crust between the toppings. For the price I expect there to be the same amount of toppings that we're used to. When adding an ingredient as an extra add on - as an example mushroom, I've received several pizzas on different occasions with less than 1 mushroom, and they charge $3.50 for less that one mushroom?! I've inquired about it, ordered from several different locations, and it's no longer worth the price. Their cheese bread is also bare nowadays, it's been very disappointing and we've stopped ordering from Panago several months ago - we were long time customers. The price goes up and the toppings disappear? No thanks!

This is my second time ordering pizza from here, the only reason I went back the second time was because my first time expensive was amazing, however this time I ordered the same pizza (butter chicken) and as you can see on the pizza that some peices are missing the chicken, I wouldn’t have complained or wrote this review had I not paid almost $30 dollars for it. Really disappointed. Probably won’t order from here again.

The store looks very clean and staff were great! our pizza really good. I ordered a hola elote pizza and the staff make just the way I wanted it. Love it 😍

We haven't ordered from Panago in a while, and it was so disappointing. The food was delivered and it was luke warm at best, the crust was both tough and stale at the same time, there was barely any sauce on any of the pizzas we got and what was there was incredibly bland. Unfortunately for what we paid and tipped this simply wasn't worth it, won't be ordering from here again.

it’s lovely to have vegan options at a fast food pizza chain. they have many variations and i feel like they’re always coming out with brand new “niche” vegan items. hats off to them !

The food was awesome and the staff were good and nice enough to make me an very unique and awesome Indian-style veg pizza, that was no longer on their menu. Man did I enjoy that coconut flavour? I also got a gluten-free veg pizza and my total cost was almost $60. Even though their food is awesome, and their vegan pizzas are among the best, it is the extremely high cost that lowers their rating for me. I wish it wasn't so expensive or I wish they had some good deals so I could afford to eat there more often ?
Vegetarian options: Penrose used to have the best selection of vegetarian and vegan pizzas for any non veg pizza place. Gradually the number of vegetarian and vegan choices are seeming to be reduced rather than promoted. If they were smart they would have a separate vegetarian, and vegan menu, show vegetarians and vegans can order their food without any lingering worries or asking too many questions. The only thing preventing me from eating there are the high cost, and the lack of ease in ordering vegan pizzas.
Dietary restrictions: Panago's should make it easier for people with dietary restrictions, by having separate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menus. Then the appropriate customers could just order from the appropriate menus with a much smaller chance of any dangerous mistakes being made.
While I was there, another customer had a misunderstanding with them about ordering a dietary restricted Pizza, which would have likely gone to waste.?
Indian neighborhoods should also have more Indian Pizza Options/Types/flavours

Poor services. We order there around 2-3 pm the lady serve us very rude. She don’t know what customer service is. She never smile, never welcome the customer seems nothing. Not sure if she like her job or not. She talk to us in attitude voice.
