I usually order a panago pizza with vegan cheese when I need a quick and easy lunch for me and my 2 kids and don't want to pay for an artisan pizza. They just switched to a new vegan cheese and it is awful. Awful texture, awful taste, and looks disgusting. I won't be ordering again.

Why create a customer appreciation day and have it posed up everywhere but hide the times are from 11-4 in tiny print? The deal is on while everyone’s at work to avoid customers taking advantage of it. This doesn’t seem like customer appreciation.

Ordered a Hawaiian with extra cheese and super super cheesy bread. The super cheesy bread was acceptable while the Hawaiian Pizza was absolutely terrible to the point the dough was bubbled with barely any sauce or toppings. Some slices barely had cheese let alone being extra cheese, some slices had minimal pineapple while other slices were covered in pineapple. Tired of going to this location not knowing what your going to get. They recent me a pizza from another location and it was fantastic. Both Pizza pictures are attached, see if you can tell which one came from the McKenzie location. I usually pick up but tonight my wife did, I always look at the finished pizza before I leave. I would never would have accepted this garbage. Won’t be going back to this location.

This new Vegan Cheeze is horrible. It tastes like plastic. Basically what you have done is gone backwards in the development of vegan options to the days where the vegan cheese was mostly avoided by vegans.... Go back to using Daiya - at least it tastes good..

I’m so disappointed with the new vegan cheese option. Panago is the only thing I ever order in, as a treat, but sadly the new cheese is so disappointing. Sad to say it was my last order :( I live in a small community without a lot of options for me, so this one is a hard one to not have as a vegan option any more….

The new plant-based cheeze is lacking in flavour. I really hope an improved version comes out! It needs more salt and flavour, and overall substance. I’ve made better plant based mozzarella at home…
The new vegan cheese is disappointing in flavour, texture and looks. I was convinced there was no vegan cheese at all on the cheesy bread. Definitely can’t really taste the cheese on the pizza either.

Just had our usual order last night with plant based cheese. The new plant based cheese is horrible and flavorless, even the crust tasted different this time. Won't be ordering again unless they get a better plant based cheese and get some flavor happening. So disappointing as it's usually our go to pizza place. Location was Mahogany in Calgary
