The new vegan cheese is disappointing in flavour, texture and looks. I was convinced there was no vegan cheese at all on the cheesy bread. Definitely can’t really taste the cheese on the pizza either.

Just had our usual order last night with plant based cheese. The new plant based cheese is horrible and flavorless, even the crust tasted different this time. Won't be ordering again unless they get a better plant based cheese and get some flavor happening. So disappointing as it's usually our go to pizza place. Location was Mahogany in Calgary

Best Hawaiian, Chicken Club, Veggie Korma. Very fresh and hot everytime. They are usually very generous with toppings too which is appreciated! From time to time I will order wings as well and they are delicious, very meaty too!

I've been ordering the same pizza from panago for years, it's a $40 pizza. Mostly from this location. The last several times I've order the pizza has been made very poorly. I pay $7.50 for double extra olives they either don't put enough or dump them in one spot on the pizza. Maybe they've reduced their serving size but haven't admitted it to me.I will try another location, maybe I have to stop ordering from panago altogether.

Have come here before and really liked it. But we ordered recently and it wasn't good.The dough was hard, not even sure how to describe it, it didn't even have a proper crust at the edge. Just horrible. Not sure how anyone would think it's okay to give to someone.The chicken bites were awful too, smaller than my pinkie finger.Garlic cheesy bread was good. But likely won't return to this location.

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!! We called their number to ask about a dietary ristriction and she was the rudest person ever. Did not want to listen to my conversation at all, and kept telling me to call Uber eats instead? Is Uber eats cooking or you guys? She did not listen to me at all and hung up after a very rude goodbye. Very poor service!!
