This was a terrible experience. The pizza was $35+ for one extra large multigrain crust pizza. We ordered the Mediterranean plant-based pizza. I'm pretty sure you can actually count each of the toppings! Extremely chintzy on toppings - Daiya makes a better frozen pizza than this! Would NOT recommend! Definitely not the Panago we used to enjoy. Very disappointed.

I was a frequent customer of panago for some time and discovered the joy of making my own pizza and other places that are better, but panago was never bad, so when they called me and offered me a promo the other day I thought sure let's try them again. Well I ordered tonight had to call in to get the $10 discount of course (haven't called for pizza in a long time hah) order person was great, delivery driver was great, pizza was off, I don't know if they changed their crust but it wasnt as good as it used to be. Toppings were ok, I never order extra cheese because I think pizza should always have a good amount of cheese, this was lacking a bit, but the crust really threw me, maybe not cooked enough? It just tasted different and not great, can't say I will be back honestly, I wish it was a bit better because it's used to be quality ingredients for a decent price. Panago I know you can do better! Even with the 10 bucks now not sure I will attempt again.
Ordered the spicy capicollo, chicken club and tropical Hawaiian. Still pissed they got rid of the buffalo chicken which was my absolute fave.

I ordered with uber eats on Aug 8 at 11:20pm, and they sent me someone else’s order. So I ordered again and they sent me this shit pizza. I also ordered honey garlic chicken but they sent me salt and pepper chicken. Unbelievable. They must know that this pizza is not for sale but they just sent. I love panago pizza but this place is not recommend. Pls look for other panago pizza brunch.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting – Never Ordering Again
I had one of the worst experiences ever with Panago Pizza in Beacon Hill. I ordered a pizza and found a long piece of hair baked right into the cheese completely disgusting and unacceptable. It totally ruined my appetite.
When I called to let them know, expecting at least an apology or some kind of compensation, they did nothing. No refund, no replacement, not even a proper sorry. Just brushed it off like it was no big deal.
This place is clearly unclean and doesn’t take food safety seriously. If they’re letting stuff like this slide, who knows what else is going on behind the scenes? Absolutely gross. Stay far away if you care about hygiene, quality, or customer service.

Ordered delivery last night for the family. Arrived quickly and I wanted to review because although everything was good, my Pesto chicken pizza was awesome. So many toppings and it was cooked perfectly. Definitely satisfied the craving.

Dog water pizza, delivery took 1 hour 20 mins. Driver said on their way from Panago and it took them 40 mins just to get to my house so it came extremely cold. Don’t go to this Panago location
