Disappointed with how every piece I pick up the top just completely falls off of it. Not sure if they undercooked it or something, but I’ve never had this happen whenever I order from the Panago in Cochrane. The pizza itself tastes fine. I also ordered original crust, but the when I pick up a piece and all the toppings fall off what’s left is a tiny paper thin shrivelled crust?? I’m sorry, but this was just completely upsetting because this is my favourite pizza :(

They are very cheap with the cheese. There was almost none on my cheesebread. Half the peices had no cheese on them at all. Wish i could figure out how to upload a picture because it's laughable.

I ordered the veggie korma pizza and it was amazing but when I ordered it the store was closed? Anyways it was sorted out when I called Panago.

I was disappointed to see the staff preparing pizza without wearing gloves. They handled all the ingredients with bare hands, which I found unhygienic. It made for an unpleasant experience.

Worst pizzas ever had. We had ordered 2 Multigrain thin crust pizzas for pickup. Both the pizzas were raw, toppings were soread uneven, the crust was regular on one side and thinner than flat bread in some areas. After complaining to customer care we were given replacement but the 2nd set of pizzas were suppose to be well done but still the crust was uneven, the toppings were uneven, one of the pieces had only olives and one other piece had only green peppers, the was super thick on the edges. The sauce was only concentrated in the center portion and just brushed lightly towards the outter side. I would never recommend or order again from this location.

Ordered Philly steak cheese and BBQ chicken. There’s was a single piece of steak strip per slice of pizza alone with 2 pieces of thin cut mushroom as per advertised. Also there were 4 pieces of pea sized diced BBQ chicken per pizza slice. I spent a total of $47 on two 10” pizzas. Think panago, think again!

Worst Panago in the city. They use less cheese, less sauce and literally take the dipping sauces out of the jar, water them all down and put them in their own dipping cups to save what must not be that much money but delivers a terrible quality to their customers. They’ll save a penny anywhere they can and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction

Really bad experience.the staff isnt welcoming or helpful. They are very rude . i waited at the counter till the 4 staff members sitting and having a discussion were done discussing who would go to the counter to take the order and laughing.even the quantity of cheese is less compared to other pizza shops.Not coming to this branch again.
