Food was good as always!
Yummy! I'd recommend the walnut shrimp
Ruhi is my favourite! She’s always so helpful and kind. This is my go to spot because of her :)
Staff are always friendly and food is amazing always.
Amazing food. Orange chicken and chow mein are my go to.
Our first visit to Panda Express was such an amazing experience! All three Ladies were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful—they offered great recommendations and served us with warm smiles. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. We didn’t expect such a wonderful experience.

Friendly and respectful the reason for my comments the food was good service was excellent suggests to add soups on the menu. Big difference since they opened up.
I visit Panda Express 3-4x a week during the weekdays (during rush hour too), and it never disappoints. Their service is always friendly and professional at the same time, making the experience pleasant. The food is consistently delicious, and I appreciate how fresh they taste all the time. Their front person also never fails to recommend their promotional items (like the new shrimp they came out with recently). I tried their sample due to recommendation by the front lady this evening and ended up having it for dinner (might be my new favorite btw). Their restaurant is always well maintained, and the bathrooms are always clean. It’s clear that they take pride in their establishment. I highly recommend this location for anyone craving for a quick and tasty Chinese food in Calgary.
I am just going to leave a review here because I lost my receipt. First of all, food was hot and delicious. Despite the chaotic rush hour they had, they still kept their smile and were friendly to us. Keep up the good work Alina and Estelle.

Horrible Service by Etsaal– Never Coming Back!
I have been a loyal customer of this Panda Express since it first opened, but after my recent experience, I will never return. After a grueling 12-hour shift, I stopped by to get food for myself, my wife, and my kids. Instead of being greeted with even the bare minimum of customer service, I was met with eye rolls and a cold, unfriendly stare from an employee named Etsaal.
Things only got worse when I asked to sample the orange chicken, as I hadn’t tried it before. Rather than simply giving me a sample, Etsaal rudely responded, “Haven’t you tried that before? I remember you and know that I served that to you before, so you shouldn’t be asking to try that again.” Excuse me? Since when does a fast food employee dictate what customers can or can’t sample? Her tone was condescending, abrupt, and completely unacceptable.
I don’t know what kind of training this location provides, but allowing an employee to treat paying customers with such blatant disrespect is beyond unprofessional. She is single-handedly damaging this business, and in my opinion, she should not be working in customer service at all.
This experience was so off-putting that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Panda Express just lost a long-time, loyal customer because of an employee who clearly does not care about the company or its customers. Zero stars if I could give it that.
Food tastes old and the quantity is very small for the money you pay for.
I really like this panda Express, the staff are very friendly and kind, as well as being very helpful if something is out of stock, they will quickly make it for you. I also appreciate that they have vitamin water there.
Please bring back the bourbon chicken!
Orange chicken is always nice but my teriyaki chicken was a single small piece of chicken breast, I'd guess less than two ounces, I thought for sure they were so small I'd get two of them -- my bad I should have asked before I ordered. The chow mein noodles were so undercooked they were as chewy and tasty as cardboard which has never happened before. If they are ever like that again I will return them. We like Panda Express but they are getting so inconsistent for the price if they don't get on top of this we'll be eating elsewhere. Not good value tonight; over $40 for the two of us.
Always love their food. Staffing super friendly.
