I’m shocked at how much hype this place gets in the US, cause it’s really horrible here. The food is so bland, tasteless, unappetizing and not worth ordering at all. None of the dishes taste like Chinese food, it’s just such poor quality. I would never order from here again.

I went to pick up an order, but the staff member refused to hand it over because I already had another order in my bag. I first calmly explained that once the first order was delivered, I would place this one in the bag as well, but she continued to argue. When I asked for her name so I could inform the company, she refused to provide it. The argument continued in front of other customers waiting in line, which was very unprofessional and embarrassing. My family and friends regularly dine here, but because of this experience, we will no longer be coming back.

Worst orange chicken in two countries. Taste, dried out, no sauce. Was delivered quickly but the store packed 1 napkin, no condiments and a flat fork made of wood. Send a spoon then not a flat piece of wood. White rice was ok. Just very sad. Cooks definitely need to be trained and final check out staff.
Food used to be really good. Today the food was room temperature, flavour was blah, cream cheese ragoons had like no cheese. They used to be incredible. Sad. I miss the old Panda Express. Now I just have a stomach ache.

food is hit or mis for freshness. Serving size is generous, staff is generally friendly, but food really is hit or mis in quality. also seen them pouring rice in bottom of counter containers in to fresh wok. This is a no no, this means some food can but way past due in hours originally cooked to served to eat. For a sit down place, its really no better then food courts in the mall. its a once a year stop.

The only reason I’m writing a review is so they can correct this issue before someone gets sick. I was served chicken that was raw on the inside, I complained and threw my food away, when I showed the staff they would not give a refund either. Please fix this issue just cook it a little more
