Panda Express

I only first had Panda Express earlier this week. With a second trip to Calgary it was a must stop. I see every trip to Calgary requiring a stop here. Food is amazing! If the company wants to expand they would do AMAZING in Medicine Hat!

I never write negative reviews but I found MULTIPLE black hairs in my bowl. I came in around 8 pm tonight, and when I got home I noticed there was a short hair stuck between the edge of my bowl and the lid and one AT THE BOTTOM that I discovered when I finished eating. Not sure what on earth is going on with the hygiene practices here, but I am disgusted and will likely not return.

I had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the food was good and the staff were absolutely great and attentive. However, the facility needs some maintenance. The dining area and bathrooms were in disarray; specifically, the men's room was out of soap and the door handle felt crusty.
There are also some furniture issues: my table had a significant wobble, and I noticed one of the booth seats would dislodge and make a loud, disruptive noise whenever someone sat down. With a bit of deep cleaning and some quick repairs, this would be a 5-star spot.

Rice was overcooked and dry. Portion sizes for the entrees have shrunk in the last several months.

Horrible, both me and my friend got food poisoning or a stomach bug from the food. Please check your workers and make sure no stomach bug symptoms are present and proper food and safety measures are taken into place.

I love panda exspress. Orange chicken and chow mein will always be my go to. Staff at this location is always quick and respectful no complaints with this location
