Paolo’s food feels like stepping into a true Filipino fiesta, home-cooked flavors made with the best quality. I honestly envy Calgary residents for having such easy access to the best Filipino food around! Having traveled all over the US and Canada, I can confidently say Paolo’s is my favorite.
They’re especially known for their crispy pata, which is simply the best. One bite and you’ll fall in love with the food, with the warmth of the place, and with Tita Rose herself, who is not only beautiful and sexy but brings such charm to the experience.
And don’t leave without trying the Ube Frost, it’s to die for! My husband, who isn’t Filipino, gave me the biggest grin after his first taste. That’s how you know it’s truly special.
I totally recommend Paolo’s, it’s an experience you won’t forget!

Don’t order papaitan if you are not up for a really spicy soup.I haven’t taste papaitan that spicy. Hope that they would warned customers about how spicy their Papaitan is. They said it’s their standard spicy level when I complained about it. We ended up throwing it in the garbage.
Great food and great prices

Food service was extremely slow took 30-40 minutes to come out and server never checked on our table once even though we were one of the only customers there. Never refilled water and was always hidden behind the counter somewhere so we couldn’t even get their attention.

I wish I could provide a better review but I’ve visited here twice and had a recent take out order all meals were mediocre for traditional Filipino cooking.
Their supposed famous Crispy pata was super dry and over cooked each time I’ve had it. Sinigang soup is average, nothing special but it is very big serving. Other dishes I can’t recall their names were ok but I think I’ve given enough benefits doubting their quality.
I hope they get it together

The crispy pata that we ordered today was disappointing, i saw the negative review prior ordering but still we want to give it a try because we love supporting our kababayan but it seems that they didn’t learn from that last review, unfortunately i would have to agree with that review, it’s not the “best crispy pata” they are claiming about. It’s not crispy at all! The smell of the pork is a little off but the taste was ok and the portion is good for the price of $37 but i will not recommend this place if you want something to satisfy your “Crispy pata” cravings overall i’m giving 2 stars. Please improve this, we would love to come back and try other things.
I ordered yesterday via Ubereats. I waited fot almost 1:30 hour before it was delivered. I was so excited to eat the crispy pata sincd I have cravings for it for days however, the crispy pata is not cooked accordingly it was overcooked.
I told Paolo’s and they told me to bring it there for refund of replacement. The merefact, I ordered online is simply because I don’t want to travel.
I’ve ordered the Beef Tapsilog from Paolo’s Dine In on two separate occasions, twice last winter (both pick-ups) and again recently. It was absolutely amazing both times. The dish consistently hits all the right notes: flavorful, satisfying, and made with care.
But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Today, the gentleman who took my order actually remembered what I had ordered months ago. That level of attentiveness and personalized service is rare and deeply appreciated. He was kind, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
It’s not just about the food (though the food is fantastic) it’s about how you’re treated.
Paolo’s Dine In has earned a loyal customer.
Highly recommend!

I'm not Filipino. Let's start with that.
Food was really good. Place is small, but very nice.
The service was great. They were so helpful.
And the setting of it. Was very neat. The way they decorated was really cool.
I definitely will come back.
