We drive 40 mins just to eat at Paolo's . Me and my wife loves it totally worth it. Best crispy pata in town
We ordered crispy dinuguan, binagoongan, palabok, crispy pata, nilaga. The dinuguan is extremely salty. Ironically, the dinuguan is saltier than the binagoongan.
I’m terms of service, if you need anything, you’ll have to approach the counter. This place has opportunities if the management decides to do something about the salty dishes and slackful service.

Why is your BEEF porridge so spicy?? It's my first time to order beef porridge here. The beef that was used is like a tapa thin slice and dry, French beans were also used. We always order pata here but rice porridge is the first time. 1/10.
I ordered pancit and I mentioned on it that dont want a cabbage cause i had my hyperthyroidsm 😭 but they put still so sad im on my cravings but i can’t eat😭 and also the Dinuguan is too salty can you less the salt nextime..

Their crispy pata is cooked perfectly and generously portioned. Worth coming here just for this. Recommend buying the bottle of Mang Thomas, cause you’re probably going to need the whole thing for one pata.

Great food!
We went there to eat lunch around 1:00PM. We ordered pork sisig, beef bulalo, and pancit canton. The pork sisig should be called "chicharon sisig" because it's all pork chicharon, not authentic at all. The bulalo doesn't have any beef shank/bone marrow, and the taste is not an authentic Filipino bulalo. And the pancit canton was salty, and the chicharon toppings on it were so hard and inedible. All the food were overpriced. In terms of service, no table check, even if the place was not busy and we were the only customers there. Please improve your food and service. We were so frustrated and don't recommend this place.

Great food & experience. Best Crispy Pata in Town
Thought I’d bring my husband here for lunch and try their Sisig. Worst decision as it was the worst sisig we’ve had. Service was absolutely awful. Had to go up to order as the server was busy chit chatting at the back. Didn’t even check back on ALL her tables. Always needed to be called. No reason to go back. Can get everything better everywhere else. Don’t recommend.
