I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had dining in a Filipino restaurant away from the Philippines. The dishes are truly authentic, tasted delicious, and the chef catered to our needs. We ordered pork sisig, pork sinigang, and garlic rice. It was phenomenal, and when I started to smell it being cooked, it brought a genuine smile to my face. My husband and I are cravings for Filipino breakfast and we found this Paolo’s opened at 10am, but when we get there I changed my mind and wanted to have crispy pata because we tried it so many times and it is the best in Calgary so far.
When you say AUTHENTIC, Paolo’s crispy pata is indeed one.We enjoyed our breakfast and chatting with Tita Rose (the owner) who gave us some advice and life lessons with regards to business.
