Papa John's Pizza

I visited this Papa John’s to pick up an order, and the experience left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers—one employee was on his phone, didn’t greet anyone, and just shouted “five minutes” before walking away.
To add to the uncomfortable vibe, the loud Indian music playing in the background didn’t match the setting and, to be honest, made the atmosphere even less welcoming for me. Overall, the service and the choice of music made the visit feel uninviting. I hope the management pays more attention to both customer service and the overall ambiance.

Visitors from out of the country who don't know that cash prices in Canada are rounded to the nearest nickel will learn fast here. I ordered a pizza whose price totaled $16.07. As a visitor from south of the border I gave the clerk $20 and two nickels, expecting 3 cents back. When no change was forthcoming I learned about the penny elimination. Granted three cents is not relevant. The point is the clerk should have handed back the second nickel at once but he didn't.

no sticker seal on box or couldn't tell if anyone's tampered with my pizza which kind of was worrisome.. plus on top of that a bunch of greasiy fingerprints smudged all over the pizza box which looked pretty gross and unappealing

Pizza is reasonably good. Nothing to complain or boast about. Drove up to the store and they saw me coming and locked the doors on me. Came at 0152, closing time is 0200. I get nobody wants to work over time but that was sad…. They need to change the hours if not accurate. Went down the street to Dominos at 0155 and they still took my order like a boss. Left them a good review because of it.

The staff at this Papa John’s are hands down the most unprofessional, disrespectful group I’ve ever dealt with. I walked in and was completely ignored while they stood around joking and messing around behind the counter. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment”—nothing. When I finally spoke up, I was met with pure attitude like I was the problem for expecting basic service. Then they handed me the wrong order and acted like it was somehow my fault. One of them even rolled their eyes when I pointed it out. Are you kidding me? If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on paying customers. I’m never coming back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this location too.

So, first, the delivery driver was 15 mins LATE! When we finally received our order, it looked like it had been shaken up...
The pizza was nothing special at all. Barely any cheese or sauce...
Very disappointed in this locations service and food. BIG thumbs down!

Driver didn't bother looking for my condo unit, even though it's labeled on each corner, as soon as you even driver into the parking lot ....it's super visible my unit...

They are always understaffed. Just one guy managing everything. Wait timings are horrible. Don’t even think about picking up a delivery order here.

I love their Garden fresh pizza. staff is nice specially a girl Raman . She is always smiling and attend us greatly every time. Must visit there.

Had to get something fast because I was on lunch break the gentleman working accommodated me and made my pizza ASAP. The pizza was good will order again.
