I ordered my pizza at 1:10 and paid for it it didn't get here till around 2:43 and it is cold see the pictures says it all. What's really disturbing is they took it off the Papa John's tracker. When I called the store they said oh he's he's on his way still okay that's weird so I called corporate. Now get this instead of helping me instead of realizing what the store is done she says to me that sometimes the stores take it off when it's almost being delivered which is absolutely ludicrous considering that when I want to be by the front door anyway see the pictures never never order Papa John's again this store single-handedly his ruined my experience.

for food deliveries, prepare the food as soon as possible. i have been waiting for 20mins for the order, it is wasting our time and money. before you confirm the order make sure to do it right away or there's enough ingredients to make the food. This happened february 23 6:00pm. there were 2 boys and 1 girl, yall better talk to your staff

I ordered 1 Pepperoni pizza, food was quick but sadly showed up UNDER COOKED and not even cut. I had to cut it myself and had already taken a couple slices out and eaten them. when i complained, they said they would send me a new one. Awesome! When the new pizza arrives 30 minutes later, the driver DEMANDS the old pizza be returned. I had taken a couple slices out, so returning it seemed super weird and unsanitary. What would they do? Resell it? Either way, the driver calls the manager who claims that he told me I had to return the other pizza. When i tell him this was never spoken of and that returning an already eaten pizza made no sense. He starts swearing at me and calling me a liar. At this point i told the driver im done speaking to this individual. Have a great day. I will NEVER order from this location again.
