Very unfriendly, unwelcome, service person (with a beard). Short-staffed most times, so be prepared for, at least, a 30-minute wait

I was really disappointed with my recent order. I found a sharp piece of bone in my pizza, which was not only unpleasant but could have been dangerous if swallowed. I expected better quality control. Restaurant didn’t provide HO or Owner contact email. They refuse to send another one or refund.

So far best PPJ in town

Check your receipt because they’re trying to charge you the regular price instead of following the promotion.

Amazing pizza! Especially the tuscan 6 cheese and the meatball ones. Probably the best piZza in Calgary! Best deals on Tuesday but keep it secret!

Preorder my food at 3:25 for 5:30. Food didn’t show up until almost 7pm. Called twice and they told me food was on the way out the door. Love the food but not sure how when you preorder your food could show up that late. Assuming they take priority from skip the dishes then their own app. Not happy had kids to feed and multiply adults.

Never have any issues with my order. My orders are always fresh and ready for pick up. Quality of food is consistent and the staff are friendly and helpful. I always pick up my pizza so can't comment on their delivery service. I am very happy with this store, five stars!

I tried ordering directly from their website for the first time as opposed to the usual Uber app I used and it was not a great experience. I ordered chicken wings but got chicken poppers. I called and spoke to Leo and he insisted I ordered the wrong thing and he was unable to assist me further. See pictures of what I ordered below. Never had same experience ordering with Uber. Poor service and left with items I cannot consume

It's been a while since I tried Papa Johns and I can only say it was just mediocre, I added extra sauce which seems to mean less cheese.

Out of our cheaper locations around the neighborhood I can clearly say it is no longer my go to anymore, just felt like it was just lacking overall didn't notice the extra sauce at all but I guess I should have added extra cheese to get a semi decent amount, the buffalo chicken was the worst one huge sections of the pizza just missing cheese and all toppings which was why I included pictures. It was hot and probably made fresh but it just needed a bit more effort and it would have gone a long way.

My wife and I only order from Papa John's and have done so for years. The team there know us by name and have always gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied with the food. We are treated like part of the extended family and it shows from the moment we are greeted at the door. They are the best in the area , bar none.
