Ordered pizza from this place using Uber Eats - full money charged but never delivered. Uber Eats was not reachable, there was no phone number to contact, neither Uber Eats nor the delivery person. Uber Eats even almost took out a tip from my pocket as they seemingly don’t want to pay anything to the couriers themselves - and maximize their profit. Based on this I am wondering why UBER EATS is not a scam? I’m moving to Skip the dishes! I called Papa John and they point blank refused to take any responsibility of delivery- even though their business partnership with Uber Eats in the supply chain makes them equal accomplices in the matter!

I really do not like to leave bad reviews but I feel that it is necessary to do so here. It is really frustrating to order an item for pick up, spend nearly $30 on it, and arrive home only to realize I was given the wrong item. The tag on the box indicated it was the item I ordered but the item inside the sealed box was wrong. I don't exactly live close to the store so for me to go back to get this issue rectified is really inconvenient. I chose this location because it was on my way home from work but work is still far from home. Anyway, I'm leaving this review for y'all to be more aware of what y'all are packaging for your customers moving forward.

Pizza was fresh and yummy.Ordered crispy cup pepperoni and 3 cheese online at lunch time today.Thanks to the two employees! Keep up the good work.
Decent pizza, poor reception, rude lady at the front, arguing with me about the availability of the deal on the sign at the front. Large 3 topping; $16.99, and medium 2 topping (hawiian), $9.99, somehow came out to $37. No tip. Bunch of jokers.

I ordered 16 inches butter chicken pizza here yesterday and the sauce was bitter, I ended up throwing my $33 pizza away…. I was so pissed and hungry last night cause when I ordered last week from a different store it tasted so good… this location is worst… I’m not coming back.

Ordered thru the app, pizza came with the wrong sauce, missing toppings. Pizza tastes decent still and it came quickly but I get about 50% of my order incorrect when I order from this location every time.
