Ordered three large pizzas, first bite was met with a a mouthful of hair! I almost vomit immediately. Zero chance I will ever order pizza from papa John’s ever again. So disgusting!

I made an order through the online couple of hours before for pickup time at 7pm. They called me at 6pm and left a msg on my phone with saying since I don't show up, they might had to throw away the pizza that I ordered. I called them and said my pick up time will be at 7pm. When I came home after picked up, I found that pizza was rock hard and over cooked and Dry. They probably let sit my pizza for couple of hours and reheated before serve. Very disappointed a quality and taste of pizzas. I will never go back to this location again!!

Ordered large 4 topping stuffed crust with double pepperoni. Arrived warm and the delivery person was friendly. The toppings were almost non existant. Called back and spoke to the manager who asked how many pieces of pepperoni were and he said 9 on a large we doubled and still thin on everything Duty manger seemed to note the thin toppings was to be expected. Simply not worth the money. Delivery good however this when the issue was brought to the managers attention. Seemed not to care

I remember there was a time last month where someone had actually cut a slice into the pizza and ate it. They were at least discrete about it, but visible once you knew what they did. First, they cut the pizza in 2 vertical lines next to each other. Second, they take the piece in the middle, and take it for themself. This ends up creating a pizza that has a football shape to it. Sigh.
I wish I had a photo to show this. Its absolutely unacceptable.

Yesterday we ordered a pizza with mushrooms, Italian Sausage and Green peppers for pick-up. When we arrived at home, oh surprise the pizza looks very poor with just a few pieces of toppings. The dough was dried and the cheese was so bad. We didn't check the reviews but now that I'm reading some I'm wonder why you haven't done anything about it. You need to take care of your customers if not some else is going to do it.

First time ordering here. Made super fast…duh??!! Ham, mushroom , pepperoni, green pepper large pizza. Not really any toppings, more like garnish!! Lame lame pizza. 2 thin pepperoni slices per pizza slice, a couple little pieces of diced ham, could not find any mushroom , and a odd bit of green chips here and there which was the green pepper. I think there was some mozzarella drizzled onto the pizza. Nice chewy crust. Never again.

Awfull experience once not but twice. Made a complaint to Papa John's directly but they never had the dignity to call back. Really bad delivery and nobody to take action.

There is literally no cheese on more of the pizza than areas of the pizza with cheese. They have gotten really cheap with their toppings and the pizza is like a dry piece of bread with tomato sauce and slivers of pepperoni. I usually don’t post negative reviews but maybe this helps someone else get a better dinner.
