I walked inside the restaurant and greeted the employee as I asked for the order. The employee who is paid to provide customer services look straight in my face and did not acknowledge my presence. The attendant looked me straight in my face handed over the food, turned, and walked away. IT appears she was in a fight with someone but DO NOT give that dirty attitude to people. Keep that to yourself. The management needs to be very careful who is hired to represent the face of the company. No customer service.

I am extremely unhappy on how I was treated by ubereat and papa johnes regarding to my order. It was taking a long time so I had to cancel my ubereat order. I got charged for full price of pizza without even getting the pizza.
To the response of the owner below: I have contacted UberEat, they said they will have to pay papa johnes and there's nothing they can do. And they refuse to discuss it any further. So I have no where to turn really.

I have ordered a 10” pizza in Uber eat. However the size of the pizza is only 8” only the box is 10”. Moreover Ingredients are extremely less. I would like to say it’s a ver very cheap restaurant. I won’t order it again

Me and my wife have been ordering from this location for years now every time they provide the best service and pizza you can always tell they’re using the most fresh ingredients it’s also very clean inside and the price range is actually fairly reasonable 10 out of 10 would highly recommend

Last Sun I ordered take out pizza, came to pick up at 3:30pm, the girl had veru bad attitude, threw visa machine hard to me and gave pizza such with angry face to me, seem like she just fighted with someone else. Pizza is good but staff with attittude like that girl need to be avoid. Will not come back

I recently want to store to get a pepperoni pizza and cookie, The food was great but there was only one single person working on saturday night and it was busy as hell, the boy was running here and there for completing orders. I had to wait a lot, ridiculous management.

They delivered the wrong pizza. I called and they said they would deliver the right pizza, which was no problem. When the pizza was delivered, they asked for the first pizza back even though we had eaten a couple slices. This doesn't make sense to me...we should have been able to keep the original pizza since it was their mistake. What are they going to do with the first pizza they sent? If there was nothing eaten from it would they have given it to another customer? Super unsanitary. And if they are just going to throw it out that's a waste of food. I could've emailed them pictures of the wrong pizza. Very strange experience. The pizza was delicious though!
