I'll keep it brief, I don't usual do this but man, 10 piece boneless wings were disappointing. I thought the dipping sauce that came along with them may redeem (we ordered garlic/spicy garlic) it was oil when we opened them. Refrigeration is suggested prior to opening, this is not a priority. We couldn't eat them, the oil/cream seperation turned us off. The pizza was fine, cut like a drunk person, but fine. Pizza slices come in large, medium and small 😂 The 2 star is because of the unfavorable winter conditions that the delivery person had to endure. The 1 star is due to the quality of care taken when preparing our order.
First and only time ordering from them.

Their staff is very racist. They don't speak up they just show their eyes and show us the sign. No decency for customer service. Papa johns is big franchise idk anyone can open it these days. I have been coming here since 2 years but this staff is new. Completely unacceptable.

We went in for a pick up and were given RAW order of Shaq-aroni pizza. I was simply requesting that the order was replaced for a COOKED pizza! I spoke to the person in charge, he couldn't understand me as his English was not very good and his comprehension was poor. Then he hung up on me frustrated because he couldn't comprehend nor understand the issue at hand. I'm so disappointed and this location is not only poor in quality, and terrible customer care.
