I want my money back! That’s it, I’m done with Papa John’s. At first, I thought it was just the Cornerstone branch cutting corners and being stingy with ingredients. But it looks like this is a systemic issue.
Yes, I used a discount code, didn’t expect discounted quality though. The dough was dry, with almost two inches of bare crust and barely any toppings. You could literally count them.

There was a bug in my pizza. Their phone service hung up on me when I tried to input an order.
So I had to walk in. I only did so because I was nearby. On top of that, they got my order wrong. I asked for epic stuffed crust but they gave me regular stuffed crust - - not like I'd eat the rest of the pizzas I ordered after finding a bug in it.

I just came there today Saturday night and ordered veggie pizza with garlic knots and the food was really amazing, I immediately called my friends to come there to enjoy for next time, and spend beautiful evening there.

I went in at 4:30pm on July 23, 2025. There was a gentleman there waiting there for a pizza & he seemed upset about something but I don't know what. The ONLY guy working there BARELY AKNOWLEDGED me & left me waiting without a word spoken for almost 10 minutes so I walked out & went somewhere else for pizza & wings. I was VERY UPSET.

Tried to place an order by phone and they hung up on me four times. I was exceptionally polite, either it's a problem with their system or they just don't like answering the phone. When I tried to ask why they just hung up again.

The food came very quickly pizza sauce to perfection the cheese, good wings very good moist for 1:30 in the morning I give it 10 out of 10 stars. I recommend this Papa John's to anyone and everyone.
