Papa John's Pizza

Quality of food was good and on par with other Papa Johns. The problem was the absolutely rude employee who literally threw the pizza across the counter at me at pick-up. Obviously she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse to treat customers like trash. This employee doesn’t know how to control herself in the presence of others. If only I could’ve taken back the tip I gave. I picked up my pizza on Feb 15th at 9:15 pm. I normally don’t post negative reviews but this was disappointing.

Does it make sense that it takes over 30 minutes to deliver from the store to Tuscany?

Staff over there need to know the difference between 5 mins and 20. I ordered in person there and was told it’s gonna be ready within 5 mins, but it wasn’t ready till after 20 mins. Never ordering from that branch again.

Honestly, wouldn’t order from this store again. Paid for extra cheese, pizza was barely topped off with it, could even see bare spots. Ordered original crust, received some kind of soggy and rubbery thin crust, Costco premade pizzas would do better. Spare your money

Papa Johns has a delicious pizza that is very loaded. They were fast, and I had my pizza ready in 15 minutes. The staff could be friendlier, but that is all right. They get the job done.

Asked for very simple instructions. “Please make it well done”. Pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through, seems like they took it out early instead of making it well done. Costumer service was extremely rude when we walked in so it honestly seemed like they took the instructions for the pizza as an insult. I would suggest do NOT waste your time or money at this location. The 3.6 rating they have is very generous.

Tried on three separate occasions to get delivery everytime it’s slower than usual and I got cold pizza very late… Once they did send a new one quickly so an extra service star is deserved. This all however is despite living on the same street as the place…

Not a very good pizza and a horrible experience. When ordering I gave my info for a delivery order including my name, address, email address and phone number. I also gave my credit card number for the purchase as well as the driver tip and that was approved. When the driver arrived with the order I had to go through the entire process of paying for the order as well as assigning a tip even though I had done all of that online. I am quite concerned about why I had to repeat that information and how secure that information is. Poor pizza, horrible business practice, last time I ever order from Capa John's!

Pizza was so greasy and thin was almost inedible. The whole thing tasted greasy as heck. Pizza is greasy I get it but this was too far.

This is the third time now that my order was cold when delivered. So here I am heating up my oven… it’s pretty disappointing considering it’s one of the most expensive pizza places…

I love this place. Having a crappy day and ordered a beautiful medium pizza which was hot and ready with 10 minutes on my way home .As an RN, they gave me a discount which I super appreciate then the staff working approx 3 pm gave me a free pop. It’s the little things/ all my boys ate all the pizza - - I will be back !
