This used to be my spot, but I paid like four dollars for double double Donair meat and I still got tiny little strips. They should check out needs NITZA pizza in Saint Albert. Besides, I found out 241 pizza down the hill is literally $10 for a large pepperoni pizza.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I've tried going to this location twice and both times were completely ignored when I walked in, staff x 3 on their phones, will not make eye contact or acknowledge or greet you. I waited for over 5 minutes without anyone helping me and left. Felt so angry with such appalling customer service. Seems after hours staff do not care-. I will never go back due to being treated poorly. A pizza pan fell on the floor and the guy picked it up and put it with the other pans- after seeing that it made me question cleanliness - I could tell the 3 staff did not care at all and decided it best not to order from this location.

This is not a good Papa Johns whatsoever. The staff is unhelpful, rude and aggressive. The deliveries are always late. %90 of the time when you order a pizza it has been so poorly cut it looks like Ray Charles sliced it up. Honestly there are so many pizza chains in this area that I’m very unlikely to order from here ever again. I never waste much time doing these reviews but this place has been so consistently bad I had to do it.

How does the large 2 topping pizza and cheese sticks come to 85 bucks, 2 large 2 topping pizza 32.99 and cheese sticks 13.99 come to 85 bucks, don’t order from this place ever!!

If you want a tip then don’t be rude. I am not obligated to tip you if you are going to be rude. Tipping is not a right , it’s for good service. At least be pleasant and don’t show your disdain for the paying customer. Sorry you hate your job and customers so badly. Pizza was mediocre at best. Be skipping this place from now on.

The attendent is kind of dumb and just gave my order to a random person instead of giving it to my uber driver. Order from DOMINOS instead.

Quality of food was good and on par with other Papa Johns. The problem was the absolutely rude employee who literally threw the pizza across the counter at me at pick-up. Obviously she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse to treat customers like trash. This employee doesn’t know how to control herself in the presence of others. If only I could’ve taken back the tip I gave. I picked up my pizza on Feb 15th at 9:15 pm. I normally don’t post negative reviews but this was disappointing.

Does it make sense that it takes over 30 minutes to deliver from the store to Tuscany?

Staff over there need to know the difference between 5 mins and 20. I ordered in person there and was told it’s gonna be ready within 5 mins, but it wasn’t ready till after 20 mins. Never ordering from that branch again.

Honestly, wouldn’t order from this store again. Paid for extra cheese, pizza was barely topped off with it, could even see bare spots. Ordered original crust, received some kind of soggy and rubbery thin crust, Costco premade pizzas would do better. Spare your money
