Papa John's Pizza

I ordered 2 large pizzas this evening. The lady who received my order was very sweet and explained different deals to me. She was very understanding and helped me choose a better deal. The pizzas were excellent in taste and quality. Thank you!!!

Ordered pizza from this Location and It showed up an hour and a half late it was cold. I called them. I argued with a lady for 20 minutes. Still can’t do anything so I called back a day later that she told me too because the manager would be in and she argued with me sayn I was wrong that the pizza was delivered in 45 minutes. I told her I have. A time stamp on my outside camera. She called me a drunk loser and hung up the phone. It was the most Brutil customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I was just trying to hold them accountable for it who wants a pizza an hour and a half late I’m sorry they will never get my business. The manager was completely completely disrespectful to me.

I made an online order through the app. I put all my information in to their online app name address and phone number was put in automatically because I have an Apple iPhone. They were over an hour late and then blamed it on me. I got a cold pizza and they said it was my fault half star rating. The delivery driver was less than apologetic.

To the owner of store
This store has Zero service only attitude of employees. They need to change the management asap especially manager . She has no skills how to run the store . Totally unprofessional . On Halloween they lost so many orders they screwed up everything on that day with all the orders . Every order was coming more than 1 hour wait time .
If you don’t change the manager then good luck . Will never come back

Don’t waste your time, ordered at 5:30, with no movement for over an hour while waiting on the line for somebody to answer the phone. Finally “resent” our order, now 3 hours from the original order time we are still without our order.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Order online and after an hour went there for pick up the order and it was crazy inside the store. Place is over crowded in the back with people that are not staff.
After waiting for over 15 minutes and getting ignored few times, they told me they just found the order confirmation and they are going to make it now.
This place is a joke 0 star

Ordered online and waited for 2 hours with no movement on the tracker and no one answering the phone. Called technical support and even the agent couldn’t get a hold of the location. No way to cancel the order from the tracking screen. Ended up having to order somewhere else for dinner. Extremely disappointed and will no longer be giving them my business. Unsure if the pizza will ever actually show up.

Quite slow service when it wasn’t even busy. Pizza was subpar compared to other papa Johns locations. Would recommend finding a different location if possible. Overall, won’t be returning to this location.
